چکیده
|
از وجوه بارز دوران حکومت تیمور، حضور پر رنگ جغتاییان در تشکیلات حکومتی است. این امر، از آنجا ناشی شده که تیمور برای بنیانگذاری و تثبیت حکومت و نیز گسترش قلمرو، از عناصر جغتایی استفاده قابل توجهی کرد. مساله اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی نقش جغتاییان در شکل‌گیری و استقرار حکومت تیمور و ارزیابی چرایی و چگونگی نفوذ سیاسی، اداری و نظامی جغتاییان در این حکومت است. در این تحقیق با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در حوزه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اندیشه و سیاست تیمور در خصوص جغتاییان و استفاده از آنان در امور نظامی و مُلکداری بررسی شده است. دستآورد تحقیق، نشانگر حضور پررنگ جغتاییان در امور نظامی و حکومتی تیمور است. این امر، افزون بر ناگزیری گرایش تیمور به استفاده از جغتاییان برای تعمیق مشروعیت سیاسی، متاثر از وابستگی حکمرانی تیمور به سپاهیان جغتایی و بهره‌مندی از آنان برای گسترش و حفظ قلمرو و نیز تثبیت حکومت است.

Abstract
|
Bold presence of Chagataees in governmental organization is the most prominent aspects of the Timurid era. This is due to the fact that Timur used Chagatees elements for establishment, consolidation of the state and expanding the territory. The main issue of this research is to investigate the role of Chagataees in the formation and establishment of the Timur’s rule and the assessment of the reasons and the political, administrative and military influence of the chaghatays in this government. This research had examined the thoughts and politics of Timur in relation with Chagataees in military and estate affairs based on descriptiveanalytical method in the field of library studies. The results of the research indicate that Chagataees’ presence in Timur’s military and governance affairs was significant. This issue, in addition to Timur’s inevitability for using Chagataees for obtaining consolidation of political legitimacy, was influenced by the dependence of Timur’s rule on the Chagataees’ armies and the using them for the expansion and preservation of the territory and the consolidation of the state.
