نقش روشنفکران بهبهان در انقلاب مشروطه

دو نفر از روشنفکران بهبهان که در انقلاب مشروطه نقش داشتند ابوطالب بهبهانی و میرزا معین الاسلام بهبهانی بودند. ابوطالب بهبهانی با کتاب «منهاج العلی» یا «رساله ای دربارۀ حکومت قانون»، از قانون خواهی، مجلس و مشروطه سخن به میان آورده و سعی در تشویق و تحریک ناصرالدین شاه پادشاه قاجار به انجام اصلاحات و تغییر و تحول داشته است. معین الاسلام بهبهانی هم با کتاب «مفتاح التمدن فی سیاسه المدن» یا کلیدهای پیشرفت در سیاست اجتماعی، اندیشه های سیاسی دوران مشروطه و پس از آن را مورد توجه قرار داد. وی مسائل سیاسی و اجتماعی دوران مشروطه و مفاهیمی چون «پیدایش ملت»، «ارتش ملی»، «وکلای ملی»، اصلاحات در ایران و چالش های مشروطه بعد از پیروزی آن را مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار داده است. سوال پژوهش حاضر این است که ابوطالب و معین الاسلام بهبهانی از روشنفکران بهبهان چه نقشی در انقلاب مشروطه داشته اند. و این پژوهش بر این فرض مبتنی است، ابوطالب بهبهانی به عنوان یک نظریه پرداز، در تدوین مبانی و تشکیل مفاهیم مشروطه، و میرزا معین الاسلام بهبهانی به عنوان یک اصلاح گر در تدوین راه های بهبود و اصلاح نظام مشروطه نقش اساسی داشته اند. روش تحقیق حاضر در این مقاله، توصیفی و تحلیلی است و ماهیتی کیفی دارد، تکنیک های این تحقیق نیز با توجه مقتضیات، بیشتر به شیوۀ کتابخانه ای بوده است.

The role of Behbahan Intellectuals in the Constitutional Revolution

Two of the Behbahan intellectuals who were involved in the Constitutional Revolution were AbutalebBehbahani and MirzaMoin alIslam Behbahani. AbutalebBehbahani has spoken of lawmaking, parliament, and the constitution in his book, The Manhajul alAli or A Treatise on the Rule of Law, and has tried to encourage and stimulate the Qajar king Nasser alDin. Mu’in alIslam Behbahani also addressed the political ideas of the constitutional period and afterwards with the book Miftafa alTamdani fi Sayyid alMudn, or the Keys to Advancement in Social Policy. He has studied the political and social issues of the constitutional era and concepts such as the emergence of the nation, the national army, the national lawyers, the reforms in Iran and the constitutional challenges after its victory. The question of the present study is what role did Abu Talib and Moin alIslam Behbahani, the intellectuals of Behbahan, play in the Constitutional Revolution? And this research is based on the assumption that Aboutaleb Behbahani as a theorist, in formulating the principles and formation of constitutional concepts, and Mirza Moin alIslam Behbahani as a reformer have played a key role in formulating ways to improve and reform the constitutional system. The research method used in this article is descriptive and analytical and has a qualitative nature.
