واکاوی پیشینه و خاستگاه هزاره های اوغانی و جرمانی

با تاملی در منابع تاریخی عصر ایلخانی، تیموری و به ویژه تواریخ محلّی ایالاتِ جنوب کشور خصوصاً کرمان طی قرون هفتم تا نهم هجری، به طور مکرّر به نام دو قوم اوغانی و جرمانی (جرمایی) برمی خوریم. اقوامی که در چالش های سیاسی نظامی فراوانی نقش داشته و در منابعِ یاد شده از درگیری های آنان با حکّام قراختایی و مظفّری کراراً گزارش شده است. به رغم نقش سیاسی و نظامی مهم و تاثیرگذار اقوام مذکور در برهه ای از تاریخ ایران و به ویژه ایالت کرمان، پیشینه و خاستگاه این دو قوم، مغفول باقی مانده و ریشۀ اصلی نژادی آنها هنوز بر کسی روشن نیست. بر همین اساس نوشتار حاضر با کاربست روش تحلیلی و با استفاده از داده های موجود در منابع کتابخانه ای بر آن است تا ضمن واکاوی پیشینه و خاستگاه اقوام مذکور، ریشۀ نژادی آنان را نیز مورد مداقّه قرار دهد. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که اوغان ها که پژوهشگران امروزی افغان تلاش دارند آنها را اجداد افغان های امروزی بدانندبه نقل اکثر منابع تاریخی در ارتفاعات سلیمان در شمال غربی پاکستان امروزی سکونت داشته اند و در نزدیکی آنها در ناحیۀ شمالی کوه های سلیمان و غرب رودخانۀ سند منطقه ای به نام کرّمان و یا جرّمان (جرما) بوده که احتمالاً خاستگاه جرمانیان است، اگرچه این فرضیه را نیز نمی توان رد کرد که ممکن است این اقوام از مهاجران مغول و یا تُرک بوده و همزمان با حملۀ چنگیزخان به ایران، به این نواحی کوچیده باشند.

An Analysis of the Background and Origins of the Oghani and Jermani Tribes

Reflecting on the historical sources of the Ilkhanids and Timurids era, and especially the local histories of the southern states of the country, especially Kerman, during the seventh to ninth centuries AH, we often come across the names of two Oghani and Jermani tribes; two tribes that have been involved in many political and military challenges and have been repeatedly reported in the sources to have clashed with the rulers of Qara Khitai and Muzaffarid. Despite the important and influential political and military role of these tribes at a time in the history of Iran, and especially in Kerman province, the background and origins of these two peoples have been neglected and their main racial roots are still unclear. Accordingly, the present article investigates the background and origin of these tribes and their racial roots. The findings show that Oghans, whom modern Afghan researchers are trying to identify as the ancestors of modernday Afghans, have settled in the highlands of northwestern today’s Pakistan. According to most historical sources, close to them and in the north of the Suleiman Mountains and the west of the Indus River is a region called Kerman or Jerman (or Jerma), which is probably the origin of the Germans, although it cannot be ruled out that these tribes may have been Mongol or Turkish immigrants who at the same time as Genghis Khan’s invasion of Iran, they migrated to these areas.
