منظر آب-‌محور، نقش نظام آبی در شکل‌گیری منظر باغستان سنتی قزوین و حفاظت از آن

بخش مهمی از تمدن ایران در پیوند با مدیریت و بهره‌برداری از منابع آبی در مقیاس‌های مختلف شکل‌گرفته است. باغستان سنتی قزوین از نمونه‌های منحصربه‌فرد در پیوند میان زیرساخت‌های آبی و توسعۀ سکونتگاه‌های انسانی در فلات ایران به‌شمار می‌رود. در نیم قرن اخیر، باغستان به‌صورت‌های مختلف با نابودی و تخریب روبرو بوده و اهمیت حفاظت منظر آن در دهه‌های اخیر مورد بحث قرار گرفته ‌است. این نوشتار با سوال از چگونگی حفاظت از منظرباغستان، با شیوۀ تفسیریتاریخی به خوانش منظر باغستان قزوین از دریچۀ زیرساخت آبی شکل‌دهنده به آن می‌پردازد. به این منظور با رجوع به مستندات تاریخی، تصاویر و نقشه‌ها، در کنار مطالعات معاصر در باب باغستان قزوین و رجوع به تاریخ شفاهی، مصاحبه با متولیان و باغداران، به واکاوی نقش زیرساخت آبی در شکل‌گیری مولفه‌ها و فرایندهای شکل‌دهنده به منظر باغستان قزوین می‌پردازد. درنهایت این نوشتار منظر باغستان قزوین را منظری آبمحور بر‌می‌شمارد. منظری که در تمامی مقیاس‌های سرزمینی، محلی تا خُرد متاثر از نحوۀ مدیریت و بهره‌برداری از منابع آبی بوده است. به این ترتیب حفظ و احیای منظر باغستان قزوین را درگرو حفظ و احیای سیستم سنتی آبی آن به‌عنوان مولفۀ بنیادی منظر باغستان می‌داند.

Hydraulic Landscape, The Role of Water System in Shaping the Landscape of Qazvin Traditional Orchards

An important part of Iranian civilization has been shaped in connection with the management and exploitation of water resources on various scales. Qazvin traditional orchards are one of the unique examples of the connection between hydraulic infrastructure and the development of human settlements on the Iranian plateau. In the last halfcentury, the orchards have been destroyed in various ways and the importance of protecting its landscape has been discussed in recent decades.Asking how to protect the landscape of the orchards, the study reads the landscape of Qazvin orchards from the perspective of shaping hydraulic infrastructure in an interpretive historical research methodology. By relying on historical documents, images and maps, along with contemporary studies on Qazvin orchards and oral history, interviews with trustees and orchardists, this research tries to analyze the role of hydraulic infrastructure in the formation of components and processes shaping the Qazvin orchards landscape. Finally, this article considers the landscape of Qazvin orchards as a hydraulic landscape A landscape that has been affected by the management and exploitation of water resources at all scales, from local to micro. Thus, the protection and rehabilitation of the landscape of Qazvin Orchards depends on the protection and rehabilitation of its traditional water system as a fundamental component of the landscape.
