ویژگی های منظر چندعملکردی در باغ ایرانی (مطالعه موردی: میراث جهانی باغ اکبریه)

باغ ایرانی عملکردهای متنوعی داشته و علاوه‌بر عملکرد اصلی، عملکردهای ثانویه و کارکردهای چندجانبۀ منظر مورد توجه سازندگان و صاحبان باغ بوده است. به‌رغم موقعیت راهبردی بیرجند در شرق ایران و حضور سفرا و نمایندگان دول روس و انگلیس و محدودیت امکانات تفرجی شهری، حکمرانان منطقه در دورۀ قاجار و پهلوی را بر آن داشت تا علاوه‌بر ایجاد و ساخت باغ‌های ایرانی برای برگزاری مراسم‌ و مناسبات سیاسی و نمایش قدرت، به نیازهای تفرجی، تولیدی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی محلی نیز پاسخ دهند. فائق آمدن بر کمبود منابع آبی، راهی جز خلق فضاهای سبز چندعملکردی و زون‌بندی باغ ایرانی به‌جای نگذاشت. لذا، باغ اکبریه به عنوان شاخص‌ترین باغ ایرانی شرق ایران برای مطالعۀ چگونگی و ویژ‌گی‌های منظر چندعملکردی (کشاورزی، تفرجی، سکونتی، حکومتی و اقتصادی) انتخاب شد. براین‌اساس، پرسش اصلی تحقیق عبارت است از اینکه آیا باغ اکبریه به عنوان نمونۀ باغ ایرانی شاخص در شرق ایران، دارای منظر چندعملکردی است؟ ویژگی‌های منظر چندعملکردی در باغ اکبریه چیست و در کدام دسته از انواع منظر چندعملکردی طبقه‌بندی می‌شود؟ مقالۀ حاضر در پی آن است که ضمن بررسی و کنکاش در برنامه‌ریزی فضایی و طراحی منظر باغ اکبریه، علاوه‌بر کشف عملکردهای متعدد این باغ، چندعملکردی‌بودن آن را بررسی کرده و نوع منظر چندعملکردی آن را شناسایی نماید.این پژوهش از نظر هدف، در زمرۀ تحقیقات بنیادی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، در زمرۀ تحقیقات تاریخی و توصیفی به شمار می‌آید. پژوهش پیش‌رو با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های موردپژوهی، کتابخانه‌ای، مطالعات میدانی، مستندنگاری تاریخی و انجام مصاحبه با کارشناسان و همچنین برگزاری جلسۀ همفکری و گفتگوی تخصصی در زمستان 1398 انجام شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد در بستر تاریخی و براساس تحلیل‌های علمی موجود، باغ اکبریه واجد ویژگی‌های منظر چندعملکردی است. همچنین، از میان سه الگوی اصلی منظر چندعملکردی (موزاییکی، وزن‌دار و بنیادین) باغ اکبریه دارای الگوی منظر چندعملکردی وزن‌دار (تلفیق چند عملکرد متجانس در یک فضای واحد) است.

Investigation on Recognition of the Type of Multifunctional Landscape in Persian Garden (Case Study: Akbariyeh World Heritage Garden)

Multifunctionality is a strategy for developing healthy, biodiversityfriendly, and sustainable productive urban and rural landscapes that have recently attracted the attention of researchers. Multifunctional landscapes simultaneously provide food security, livelihood opportunities, maintain of species and ecological functions, and fulfill cultural, aesthetic recreational needs. The traditional gardens and landscapes usually recognized as multifunctional open spaces. While in Iran, the Persian garden encompassed a wide variety of functions including recreational, productive, habitat, and cultural services, the landscape multifunctionality of the historical gardens has not yet been investigated. In response to this gap, the authors selected the Akbariyeh World Heritage Garden, one ofthe most significant Persian gardens in the East of Iran, to investigate the features of the multifunctional landscape in this garden. Accordingly, the main question of the research is whether Akbariyeh garden, as a prototype of the traditional historical garden, encompasses a multifunctional landscape? What are the characteristics of the multifunctional landscape in Akbariyeh garden and in which category of multifunctionality is it classified? The research was benefited from the field studies, historical documents, and interviews with experts, as well as holding a discussion group in February 2020. Furthermore, among three main models of landscape multifunctionality (mosaic, weighted, and radical), Akbariyeh garden embraced the weighted multifunctional landscape model (integration several homogeneous functions in the spatial unit).
