روش‌شناسی ابن‌سیدالناس در نقد روایات تاریخی براساس کتاب عیون‌الاثر

این مقاله در پی معرفی و تبیین روش‌شناسی حافظ ابوالفتح ابن‌سید الناس، مورخ و ادیب اندلسی قرن هفتم هجری قمری، در نقد روایات تاریخی براساس کتاب عیون الاثر فی المغازی و الشمائل و السیر است. درواقع پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که شیوه و روش ابن‌سیدالناس در بررسی اخبار و روایات تاریخی چگونه بوده و آیا اصولاً ابن‌سیدالناس به مسئلۀ نقد تاریخی توجه داشته است یا خیر. برای یافتن پاسخ این سوال تلاش گردیده تا کتاب عیون‌الاثر به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین اثر تاریخی ابن‌سیدالناس مطالعه و رویکرد وی در برخورد با روایات و گزارش‌های تاریخی مورد بحث‌وبررسی قرار گیرد. بدیهی است در این مطالعه و باتوجه‌به ماهیت پژوهش از روش تحقیق مبتنی‌بر توصیف، تحلیل و مقایسه با استفاده از جمع‌آوری داده‌های علمی مرتبط با موضوع استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ابن‌سیدالناس، ضمن نقد روش تاریخ‌نگاری مورخان پیشین، آنان را به‌واسطۀ‌ عدم دقت در نقل روایات و همچنین اطناب در سخن و خستگی ناشی از آن مورد انتقاد قرار داده است، به همین دلیل وی در شیوۀ تاریخ‌نگاری خود در کتاب عیون‌الاثر علاوه‌بر اختصار، اهتمام و دقت ویژه‌ای در نقل صحیح اخبار و بررسی سندهای آن، روشن‌کردن موارد اختلافی، بیان ابهامات و همچنین ثبت دقیق اسامی اماکن داشته است. درواقع وی با انتخاب راه میانه‌ای که مبتنی‌بر پرهیز از اطناب و ایجاز در سخن‌گفتن بود، موفق شد کتابی متمایز و جامع در سیرۀ پیامبر(ص) به رشتۀ تحریر درآورد.

ibn sayyid al-nas’s methodology in criticizing historical narratives based on the book of uyun al-athar

this article aims to introduce and explain the methodology of hafiz abu al-fath ibn sayyid al-nas, an andalusian historian and writer of the seventh century ah, in criticizing historical narratives based on the book ayoun al-athar fi al-maghazi wa al-shama’il wa al-sirr. the present study seeks to answer the question of what ibn sayyid al-nas’s approach was in examining historical news and narratives, and whether he paid attention to the issue of historical criticism. to address this question, an attempt has been made to study the book &ayyun al-athar& as the most important historical work of ibn sayyid al-nas and to discuss his approach to dealing with historical narrations and reports. obviously, in this study, and considering the nature of the research, the research method based on description, analysis, and comparison was used by collecting scientific data related to the subject. the findings show that ibn sayyid al-nas, while criticizing the historiographical method of previous historians, criticized them for their inaccuracy in narrating narrations, as well as their verbosity and the resulting fatigue. for this reason, in his historiographical method in ayoun al-athar, in addition to being concise, he paid special attention and precision to accurately narrating news and examining its documents, clarifying controversial issues, stating ambiguities, and also accurately recording place names. in fact, by choosing a middle path based on avoiding profanity and being concise in her speech, she succeeded in writing a distinctive and comprehensive book on the life of the prophet (pbuh).
