تحلیلی بر کاریکاتورهای روزنامۀ ‌آذربایجان در عصر مشروطه (1325ه.ق)

در عصر مشروطه ابزارهای ارتباطی جدیدی در عرصۀ مطبوعات ایران هویدا شد. در پی فضای باز سیاسی، کاریکاتور از ابزارهایی بود که در برخی روزنامه‌ها و نشریات عصر مشروطه برای تبیین انتقادیِ اوضاع سیاسی و اجتماعی به کار گرفته شد. از جمله روزنامه‌های مشروطه در ایالت آذربایجان، روزنامۀ‌ آذربایجان بود که در کنار گفتارهای انتقادی سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی، کاریکاتور را نیز در جهت اهداف و مقاصد سیاسی به‌عنوان یک ابزار و عامل ارتباطی جدید و موثر به کار گرفت و توانست با این ابزار جدید و زبان ساده، مخاطبان فراوانی جذب کند و در بیداری جامعه موثر افتد. کاریکاتورهای روزنامۀ ‌آذربایجان موضوعات مختلفی چون دخالت بیگانگان در ایران، مناسبات ناعادلانۀ حاکمان با مردم طبقات فرودست و نیز مفاهیم جدیدی چون آزادی و مشروطه را در بر می‌گرفت. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، سعی شد دربارۀ اندیشه‌ها، رویکردها، تاثیرات روزنامۀ ‌آذربایجان و کاریکاتورهای آن در جامعۀ ایران عصر مشروطه شناختی ایجاد شود؛ همچنین برای اولین بار کاریکاتورهای روزنامۀ ‌آذربایجان موضوع یک پژوهش مستقل قرار گرفته است.

An analysis on caricatures of the Azerbaijan newspaper duringconstitutional period (1907)

During the constitutional period, new communication tools appeared in the Iranian press. Following the Political open space of the constitutional period; caricatures were one of the tools that were used in some newspapers and publications to criticize the political and social conditions of the society. The Azerbaijan newspaper was one of these newspapers at the Azerbaijan state that used caricatures alongside the political, social, and economic articles as a novel and efficient way of conveying criticism. The use of this new tool, in addition, to attracting the audience, successfully reflected the image of the political, social, and economic problems that were inflicted on the poor strata of the society as well. The caricatures of Azerbaijan newspaper covered different topics such as the interference of foreign countries in the internal affairs of Iran, unjust actions of the rulers with the poor people, and a new concept such as freedom and the constitution. This paper uses the content analysis method, historical insight from thoughts, approaches, outcomes, and impacts of the Azerbaijan newspaper and its caricatures on the Iranian society and the Azerbaijan state during the constitutional period. Furthermore, it is for the first time that caricatures of the Azerbaijan newspaper have been chosen as the subject of an independent study.
