روش و بینش تاریخ‌نگاری گریگور یقیکیان در کتاب شوروی و جنبش ‌‌جنگل

اغلب گزارش‌هایی که مجاهدان ‌‌جنگلی یا شاهدان این جنبش‌‌ نوشته‌اند، از نظر نگرش و بینش به‌گونه‌ای در دسته‌بندی‌های موافق یا مخالف جنبش جنگل قرار دارند؛ درحالی‌که یقیکیان با وجود ارائۀ گزارشی دقیق و سنجیده مانند ناظری بیرونی حوادث جنبش ‌‌جنگل را روایت می‌کند. تمرکز نوشته‌های یقیکیان بر جمهوری شورایی گیلان است. وی اغلب با دقت و بدون جانب‌داری خاصی، وقایع و حوادث جنبش‌‌ جنگل را با روشی علمی بیان می‌کند. بااین‌حال نشانه‌هایی آشکار از جانب‌داری به نفع انگلستان و سرزنش عثمانی و دولت‌های محور در نوشته‌های او دیده می‌شود. پرسش نوشتار این است: از منظر بینش و روش تاریخ‌نگاری، یقیکیان چه رویکردی به وقایع تاریخی جنبش‌‌ جنگل داشته است؟ نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد یقیکیان به جهت ارتباط با طیف‌‌‌‌های گوناگون جنبش‌‌ جنگل و دسترسی به اسناد و مدارک سرّی تا اندازه‌ای توانسته نسبت‌به سایر راویان جنبش‌‌ جنگل گزارش‌های مستندی از این واقعه ارائه دهد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای و با تکیه ‌بر کتاب شوروی و جنبش‌‌ جنگل و سایر آثار یقیکیان در این زمینه به شیوۀ تحلیلی‌انتقادی در روش تاریخ‌نگاری صورت گرفته است.

Gregory Yeghikian’s Historiographical Method and Standpoint in the Soviet Union and Jangal (Jungle) Movement

According to methods and standpoints, most accounts written by Jangali worriers or eyewitnesses to this movement are categorized as those supporting or rejecting the movement. Yeghikian, however, gives a narrative, both accurate and informed, of the movement from a bird’s eye view. He emphasizes the Soviet Union of Guilan and chronicles the movement. He employing a scientific method that is both rigorous and disinterested. However, there are overt signs of tilting towards the British and criticizing the Ottomans and Axis powers in his book. The research question is: What is Yeghikian’s approach to the historical development of the movement from the perspective of historiographical method and standpoint? The findings indicate that the account he provides is more documented than those presented by other historians. This stems from his association with a diverse range of warriors involved in the movement and having access to confidential documents. The desk method is employed in the study. The analyticalcritical approach in historiography is applied to The Soviet Union and Jangal (Jungle) Movement and other works by Yeghikian revolving around this topic.
