چکیده
|
Polyclonal anti-thymocyte globulin (atg) is used asan immunosuppressive agent in the treatment of aplasticanemia (aa). serum sickness is a recognized side effectof atg. we observed abnormal skin manifestation inpatient with aplastic anemia who had been treated withatg. we conclude that abnormal immune functioncaused by aplastic anemia and atg and corticosteroidsmay aggravate the signs of serum sickness.
