طراحی الگوی کارآفرینی سازمانی مبتنی بر مولفه های سیستم سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی کارآفرینی سازمانی مبتنی بر مولفه های سیستم سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش 430 نفر شامل کلیه کارشناسان و مدیران ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، تعداد 203 نفر انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش مولفه های سیستم نوآورانه و کارآفرینی سازمانی از پرسشنامه حق شناس استفاده شد که بر اساس یک نمونه مقدماتی به تعداد 30 نفر، پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب 87/0 به روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی 76/0 به روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، برآورد گردید. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش‌های آماری t تک نمونه‌ای و تحلیل مسیر و برای طراحی الگو از نرم افزار افزارlisrel استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد سطح سیستم نوآورانه و کارآفرینی سازمانی(75/2) کمتر از حد متوسط(3) می باشد و ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری بین هر یک از مولفه های سیستم نوآورانه با کارآفرینی سازمانی مشاهده گردید(01/0 p=). همچنین سیستم سازمانی نوآورانه با ضریب مسیر 87/0 بر کارآفرینی سازمانی موثر و الگوی ارتباطی آنها از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که وزارت ورزش و جوانان فاقد سیستم کارآفرینانه است.

Designing the model of organizational entrepreneurship based on organizational system components in the Ministry of youth and sports

The aim of this study is providing an organizational entrepreneurship pattern in the Ministry of sports and youth of Islamic Republic of Iran. The main innovative system components are human resources system, financial system, bonuses and payments, payroll, performance evaluation, research and development and information system which they are as institutional variables. The statistical population 430 people consist of all experts and managers of the Ministry of youth and sports and the number of statistical sle is 203 people. To assess innovative system components and organizational entrepreneurship was used Hagh Shenas(based on a sle contain 30 persons ) questionnaire with 0/87 reliability and 0/76 validity. For the analysis of data were used Statistical methods include sle ttest and path analysis. Finally the LISREL software was used to design model. The results of the research showed the level of innovative system and organizational entrepreneurship (2/75) is less than average (3). As well as a positive and statistically significant relationship (P=0/001) was observed between each of the innovative system components within the organizational entrepreneurship. Also the proposed model had (optimal) goodness of fitting. The result of the research indicates that the Ministry of sport and youth lack the entrepreneurial system.
