ارائه الگوی توسعه بین‌المللی تنیس روی میز ایران (رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد)

هدف تحقیق حاضر ارائه الگوی توسعه بین‌المللی تنیس روی میز ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر از منظر پارادایم از نوع تحقیقات پست‌مدرن، رویکرد کیفی، ماهیت اکتشافی، استراتژی داده بنیاد، تاکتیک تحلیل محتوی پنهان و به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی بود. شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق خبرگان حوزه تنیس روی میز ازجمله مربیان تیم‌های ملی تنیس روی میز ایران، مدیران ارشد در وزارت ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون تنیس روی میز، اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه بودند که 16 نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق به شیوه گلوله برفی در نظر گرفته شدند. پس از تجزیه‌ و تحلیل و خرد کردن واحدهای معنادار با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دا ویرایش 2020 در نهایت 450 گزاره اولیه با مجموع 821 فراوانی آماده دسته‌بندی و تشکیل مقولات شد. 13 مقوله اصلی از دسته‌بندی کدهای اولیه در بخش عوامل موثر بر توسعه بین‌المللی تنیس روی میز ایران، شامل: عامل نهادهای آموزشی، ماهیت رشته تنیس روی میز، توسعه ورزش همگانی، عامل رسانه، عوامل انگیزشی، عامل استعدادیابی، دولت و حاکمیت، عامل اقتصادی، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، عامل تخصصی و فنی، عامل اجتماعی، عوامل مدیریتی و عامل منابع انسانی احصاء گردید. همچنین 10 مقوله اصلی در بخش راهبردها شامل راهبردهای ارتباطی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، نظارتی، راهبردهای انگیزشی، اقتصادی، فنی و تخصصی، مدیریتی، فرهنگی، استراتژیک و بین‌المللی و همچنین در بخش پیامدها مقولات اصلی شامل پیامدهای فنی و تخصصی، توسعه تجهیزاتی، انگیزشی، بین‌المللی، بهداشت و سلامت، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و آرمانی کشف و احصاء گردیدند. توسعه بین‌المللی تنیس روی میز ایران، نیاز به مقولاتی راهبردی دارد که در تحقیق حاضر به این مقولات اشاره شده است و می‌توان با بهره‌مندی از نتایج تحقیق حاضر این رشته ورزشی و محبوب را جزء رشته‌های مستعد در کسب مدال در میادین بین‌المللی در سال‌های آتی قرار داد.

providing the model of international development of table tennis in iran (grounded theory approach)

the purpose of this study was to provide a model for the international development of table tennis in iran. from the paradigm perspective, the present study was postmodern. this was a qualitative and exploratory type which uses grounded theory strategy, and hidden content analyze, and in terms of purpose was fundamental research. the data collection method was in-depth and semi-structured interviews. the statistical population of the research was the table tennis experts, including the coaches of the national table tennis teams of iran, the senior managers of the ministry of sports and youth and the table tennis federation, faculty members of the university, 16 of them were considered as sample group by snowball sampling method. after analyzing and extracting the meaningful units using maxqda 2020 software, finally 450 initial reports with a total frequency of 821 were ready to be categorized. 13 main categories of primary codes in the section of factors affecting the development of international table tennis in iran, including: educational institutions, the nature of table tennis, the development of public sports, media, motivational factors, talent identification and government, economic, infrastructure development, specialized and technical, social factor, management and human resources factor were counted. also, 10 main categories in strategies including: communication, human resource management, supervision, motivational, economic, technical and specialized, managerial, cultural strategic and international, as well as in the consequences section, the main categories including technical and specialized consequences, equipment development, motivational, international, health, economic, social and ideal were discovered and counted. the international development of table tennis in iran requires strategic categories that have been mentioned in the present study, and using the results of the present study, this popular sport can be considered as one of the fields prone to winning medals in international arenas in the coming years.
