طراحی مدل ساختاری نقش مدیریت کیفیت جامع در بهره‌وری سازمان‌های ورزشی

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، طراحی و ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری نقش مدیریت کیفیت جامع در بهره‌وری سازمان‌های ورزشی (هیئت‌های ورزشی استان خراسان رضوی) می‌باشد. روش به‌کار رفته در این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است؛ روش نمونه‌گیری پژوهش به‌صورت کل شمار و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان، روسا و مدیران هیئت‌های ورزشی استان خراسان رضوی به تعداد 129 نفر می‌باشد. در این پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت جامع (رحیمی و کشتی‌دار، 1396) و پرسش‌نامه مقیاس سنجش میزان بهره‌وری در سازمان (رحیمی و کشتی‌دار، 1396) استفاده گردید که روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه مدیریت کیفیت جامع برابر آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 و پرسش‌نامه بهره‌وری سازمانی نیز برابر آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 می‌باشد و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج شاخص‌های برازش مدل نشان داد که شاخص‌های برازش از مقدار قابل قبولی برخوردار است و شاخص‌های برازش در حد مطلوب و بالاتر از 9/0 می‌باشند؛ همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدیریت کیفیت جامع و ابعاد آن بر بهره‌وری سازمان‌های ورزشی اثرگذار است؛ در مدل معادلات ساختاری و در قسمت اثر کل، در بین ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت جامع بیشترین و کم‌ترین تاثیر بر بهره‌وری را به ترتیب بیمه کیفیت با 86/0=β و خدمت رسانی و مشتری مداری با 59/0=β داشتند. با توجه به تاثیرگذاری مدیریت کیفیت جامع و ابعاد آن بر بهره‌وری، روسا، مدیران و کارکنان سازمان‌های ورزشی و به‌خصوص جامعه هدف این تحقیق که هیئت‌های ورزشی می‌باشند باید توجه ویژه‌ای به استفاده از مدیریت کیفیت جامع در سطوح مختلف سازمان خود داشته باشند و با پیاده‌سازی این نوع مدیریت به بهبود و افزایش بهره‌وری در سازمان خود کمک کنند.

structural model design the role of total quality management in the productivity of sports organizations

the purpose of this study is to design and present a structural equation model of the role of total quality management in the productivity of sports organizations (sports delegations of khorasan razavi province). the method used in this study is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose; in this study, the standard questionnaire of total quality management (rahimi and keshtiar, 1396) and the questionnaire of productivity measurement scale in the organization (rahimi and keshtiar, 1396) were used. 0 and the organizational productivity questionnaire is equal to 0.88 cronbach’s alpha and was approved. the results of model fit indices showed that the fit indices have an acceptable value and the fit indices are at the desired level and higher than 0.9; the results also showed that total quality management and its dimensions affect the productivity of sports organizations; in the structural equation model and in the total effect section, among the dimensions of total quality management, the highest and lowest impact on productivity, respectively, are quality insurance with =0.86 and service and customer orientation with 590.59. they had b. considering the impact of total quality management and its dimensions on productivity, heads, managers and employees of sports organizations and especially the target population of this study, which are sports boards, should pay special attention to the use of quality management. have comprehensive at different levels of your organization and help improve and increase productivity in your organization by implementing this type of management.
