الگوی پارادایمی توسعه‌ی کاربست پژوهش‌های ورزشی (مورد مطالعه: پژوهش‌های ملی)

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی پارادایمی توسعۀ کاربست نتایج پژوهش‌های ملی ورزشی است. روش پژوهش از نظر راهبرد، کیفی و رویکرد اکتشافی با هدف کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است که از روش نظریه‌سازی داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد اشتراس و کوربین (2008) با کدگذاری‌های باز، محوری و انتخابی اسناد و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته بهره برده است. جامعۀ آماری دربردارندۀ استادان تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی است که پژوهش ملی انجام داده‌اند و نیز مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی که جزو خبرگان ورزشی‌اند. انتخاب آنان نیز بر پایۀ نمونه‌گیری به روش نظری (قضاوتی) انجام شده است. طی مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظر هیجدهم اشباع نظری حاصل شده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بیش از پنج دور مصاحبه تا رسیدن به اجماع نظری در مورد شناسایی مقوله‌های پدیدۀ مرکزی، شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها صورت گرفته است. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته است که روایی آن از سوی اعضای گروه دلفی تایید و پایایی آن با معیار پی‌اسکات (ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران) 0.94 محاسبه شده است. از برایند مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران می‌توان این‌گونه بحث نمود که پیامد کاربست پژوهش‌های ملی ورزشی این موارد را در پی خواهد داشت: توسعۀ مدیریت دانش و نوآوری، توسعۀ اقتصادی و حرفه‌ای، ارزش‌گذاری علم و پژوهش و تجاری‌سازی دانش، بهبود عملکرد و بهره‌وری در افراد و سازمان‌های ورزشی و توسعۀ مدیریت پویا و پیشرو در سازمان‌ها و مراکز ورزشی. در نتیجه پیشایندها و برایندهای کاربست پژوهش‌های ملی ورزشی می‌تواند در تجاری‌سازی و توسعۀ دانش، مفید و کاربردی باشند. توسعۀ کاربست پژوهش‌های ملی ورزشی مستلزم اصلاحات پارادایمی در ساختار، راهبرد و مدیریت تدوین و کاربست پژوهش‌های ملی ورزشی تقاضامحور است.

paradigm model of development of sports research application(case study: national research)

the purpose of this study is to compile a paradigm model for the development of the application of national sports research.the research method in terms of strategy is qualitative exploratory approach, with an applied-developmental goal, which is from the grounded theory method with strauss and corbin approach;with open,axial selective coded worksheets of documents and semi-structured interviews with statistical population:university professors of physical education and sports sciences who conducted national research and managers of sports organizations who are among the sports experts were selected by theoretical (judgmental) sampling.after the interview with the eighteenth expert, theoretical saturation was obtained and data analysis was performed in more than five rounds of interviews until a theoretical consensus was reached on identifying the categories of central concept, causal conditions, contextual conditions,intervening conditions, strategies and consequences.the research instrument was semi-structured interviews whose validity was confirmed by the members of delphi group and its reliability was calculated by by p-scott criterion 0.94 . from the results of interviews with experts, it can be argued that the consequences of the application of national sports research: development of knowledge management and innovation, economic and professional development, evaluation of leading knowledge in sports organizations and centers will follow. as a result, the antecedents and outcomes of the application of national sports research can be useful and practical in the commercialization and development of knowledge. developing the application of national sports research requires paradigmatic reforms in the structure, strategy and management of the formulation and application of national sports research demand-driven
