چارچوب ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان لیگ حرفه ای فوتبال ایران: با رویکرد گراندد تئوری

هدف این پژوهش چارچوب ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان لیگ حرفه ای فوتبال ایران با رویکرد گراندد تئوری بود. این تحقیق به لحاظ روش شناسی از نوع کیفی و از نظریه زمینه‌ای استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را صاحب‌نظران (18 نفر) و نمونه آماری با روش نمونه گیری نظری و به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی و از طریق نرم افزار مکس کیودا 12 تحلیل شد. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که شرایط علّی شامل (برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی، داوری و مربی گری و باشگاه ها)، شرایط زمینه ای (فناوری اطلاعات، نقل و انتقالات، امنیت و حراست و سلامت لیگ)، عوامل مداخله ای روابط عمومی و فرهنگی)، راهبردها (فنی و توسعه، تجارت و بازاریابی ورزشی، مالی و پشتیبانی) و سرانجام پیامدها (رضایت مشتریان، بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی و رونق صنعت فوتبال، اجرای مسابقات حرفه ای، افزایش بهره وری منابع انسانی، پر کردن اوقات فراغت و بهبود عملکرد باشگاه ها) شناسایی و با یکدیگر مرتبط شده‌اند. در پایان نیز پارادایم و الگوی نظری کیفیت عملکرد سازمان لیگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال شکل گرفت. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت عملکرد سازمان لیگ حرفه‌ای فوتبال در ایران با توجه به محدودیت‌های پیش روی آن که تحت تاثیر شرایط گوناگون ایجاد شده است، تا رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب و مورد انتظار فاصله دارد. بنابراین بکارگیری برخی راهبردها (فنی و توسعه، تجارت و بازاریابی ورزشی و...) می‌تواند پیامدهای مطلوبی را برای سازمان لیگ به ارمغان آورد.

The Performance evaluation framework for Iranian professional football league organization: with Grounded Theory Approach

Objective: The purpose of this study was to establish the Performance evaluation framework For Iranian professional football league organization: With Grounded Theory Approach.Methodology: This research was qualitative in terms of methodology and Grounded theory was used. The statistical population of the research was experts (18 samples) and the statistical sample was selected using theoretical and objective sampling method. Semistructured interview method was used to collect data. The data were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding and analyzed through MAXQDA 12 software.Results: Analysis of The data showed that The causative Factors Including (planning, organizing, Refereeing and coaching, and clubs),the underlying conditions (Information Technology, Transfers, The Security , protection and health of the league), Influential factors (Public and cultural relations), Approaches (technical and development, sport Commerce and marketing, financial and support strategies) and finally outcomes(customer satisfaction, The improvement of the economic situation and the prosperity of the football industry, the Held professional sporting events, The increase in the effectiveness of human resources, Filling leisure time and The improvement of the clubs’ performance) Were identified and linked to each other. Finally, the paradigm and theoretical model of the quality of the professional league organization of Football were formed.Conclusion: As a result, it can be said that the performance of the professional football league organization in Iran Is far from reaching the desired and expected level, due to its limitations, which have been created under the influence of various .
