شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل اثر گذار بر موفقیت مدارس مجری رشته های تخصصی ورزشی در استان های شمال غرب کشور

درس تربیت بدنی در جهت گسترش سلامتی دانش آموزان می‌باشد و سلامتی افراد از نظر جامعه سالم و نیرومند بسیار مهم و ضامن بقاء و همچنین حفظ استقلال اجتماع و کشور است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر موفقیت مدارس مجری رشته‌های تخصصی ورزشی در استان‌های شمال غرب کشور است. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، معاونین، کارشناسان ورزش، معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان های شمال غرب کشور (استان آذربایجان غربی، استان آذربایجان شرقی، استان اردبیل، استان زنجان) بودند. روش نمونه گیری به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی، با انتخاب هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع یا ناهمگونی استفاده شد. اندازه نمونه در این پژوهش بر مبنای شاخص اشباع نظری برابر با 60 نفر بود. ابزار اندازه گیری مصاحبه باز بود و بر مبنای سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی با روش اشتراوس و کوربین تحلیل شد. بر مبنای تحلیل داده ها 56 مفهوم اولیه (سطح اول) و 7 مقوله عمده (سطح دوم) شناسایی شد. منابع شناسایی شده شامل منابع انسانی، فرهنگی اجتماعی، مالی، تسهیلاتی، مادی، فناوری، اقتصادی و مدیریتی بود. از این‌رو جهت حضور فعالانه نسل های آینده در صحنه‌های اجتماعی و رشد و بالندگی آنان، لازم است این مدارس مجری به‌عنوان یکی از بسترسازان سلامتی و تندرستی و موفقیت در ورزش جامعه در جایگاه ویژه خود قرار گیرد.

Identification and Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Success of Physical Education Schools in Iran Northwest Provinces

AbstractPhysical education as a unit in schools is aimed at promoting the health of students, and the health of individuals is very important in terms of a healthy and strong society and guarantees survival, as well as maintaining the independence of society and the country. The aim of present study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting the success of schools offering specialized sports disciplines in Iran northwest provinces. The research method is qualitative and exploratory. The population is include of managers, deputies, sports experts, and physical education teachers in the northwestern provinces of the country (West Azerbaijan province, East Azerbaijan province, Ardabil province, Zanjan province). Sampling method was nonprobability sampling, with purposeful selection and with maximum variability or heterogeneity. The sample size in this study was 60 based on the theoretical saturation. Using Strauss and Corbin approach, the interview measurement tool was open interviews, analyzed based on three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Based on data analysis, 56 primary concepts (first level) and 7 major categories (second level) were identified. The resources identified included sociocultural, financial, facility, funds, technological, economic and managerial resources.Keywords: Physical education Schools, Education, Student, Sports Development
