طراحی مدل صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی دولتی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی دولتی انجام گردید. روش این پژوهش توصیفی به‌صورت علی بود که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه مدیران سطوح مختلف مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق (سطح بالا، سطح میانی و سطح پایین) در استان اصفهان به تعداد 5101 نفر بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری این تحقیق تصادفی طبقه‌ای (سطوح مدیریت) متناسب با حجم نمونه و با استناد به جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 361 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری به‌دست آمد. ابزار اندازه گیری در این تحقیق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، روش دلفی و پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ پژوهشگر ساخته بود. پس از انجام یک مطالعه مقدماتی و تعیین واریانس سوالات؛ از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 91/0 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های این تحقیق از آزمون‌ معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که متوسط نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان نسبت به وضعیت صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی دولتی در مولفه‌های: رویه تجارت، ارتباطات، نظارت و ارزیابی، مهارت‌های مدیریت و مدیریت ریسک، تجربه ورزشی، روش‌های برنامه نویسی، فرهنگ سازمانی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای، مدیریت عملکرد و یادگیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری و نتیجه‌گرایی می‌باشد. لذا توجه به مولفه‌های ارائه شده هنگام گزینش مدیران ورزشی می‌تواند شانس موفقیت سازمان را بالاتر ببرد.

Design a Model of Professional Competences and Its Effective Components for Selection of Sports Managers

The purpose of this study was to design a model of professional competences in selecting sport managers.The method of this study was causaldescriptive which was done by survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 5101 managers of different levels related to the subject of research (high level, middle level and low level) of Isfahan province. The sampling method of this stratified randomized study (management levels) was proportional to sample size and based on Krejcie and Morgan table 361 individuals were selected as statistical sample. The research instruments were library studies, Delphi method and researchermade questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.91 after conducting a preliminary study and determining the variance of the questions through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Structural equation test was used to analyze the findings.The results showed that the respondents’ average view of the status of professional competence in the selection of sport managers in the components of: Business procedure, communication, supervision and evaluation, management and technique management/risk management, sport foundation, programming techniques, organizational culture and professional ethics, performance management and learning improvement, and responsibility/result oriented. Therefore, consideration of the key indicators in the selection of sport managers will help these managers move better toward predetermined goals.
