مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری انتخاب روسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران

انتخاب مدیران شایسته در سازمان‌ها همواره از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار بوده است. چراکه شایستگی مدیران می‌تواند در توسعه جوامع نقش مهمی ایفاء کند. بنابراین، این پژوهش کیفی باهدف طراحی مدلی بومی برای انتخاب روسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی در کشور با اتکا به 23 مصاحبه با خبرگان در این رابطه انجام شد، همچنین از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری برای سطح‌بندی و تعیین روابط بین شاخص‌ها مدل استفاده‌شده است. حاصل این مصاحبه‌ها، 13 شاخص اولیه بود. مدل پژوهش سه سطحی هستند، که سطح سوم شاخص تخصص لازم ورزشی متناسب با فدراسیون ورزشی، سطح دوم شامل ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت منابع انسانی و سطح اول عبارت‌اند از: محبوبیت و مقبولیت اجتماعی، رزومه مدیریتی در فدراسیون ورزشی، مهارت مدیریت سرمایه فکری، تعامل با رسانه، رفتار سیاسی، ویژگی‌های مدیریتی، مهارت برنامه‌ریزی، مهارت مدیریت مالی و مهارت فنون مذاکره و حل مسئله. از تحلیل میک – مک برای تشخیص نوع شاخص‌های مدل استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل میک – مک نشان داد که بر این اساس معیار شاخص تخصص لازم ورزشی متناسب با فدراسیون ورزشی از نوع متغیرهای مستقل هستند. مابقی معیارها از نوع رابط هستند.

Interpretive Structural Modeling Selection of Federation Presidents

The selection of qualified managers in organizations has always been of particular importance. Because the competence of managers can play an important role in the development of societies. Therefore, this qualitative research was conducted with the aim of designing a native model for selecting the presidents of sports federations in the country by relying on 23 interviews with experts in this regard. Also, structuralinterpretive modeling was used to level and determine the relationship between model characteristics. The results of these interviews were 13 primary indicators. The research model is threelevel, the third level of the necessary sports expertise index appropriate to the sports federation, the second level includes personality traits, communication skills and human resource skills and the first level are: popularity and social acceptance, management resume in sports federation, capital management skills. Thought, media interaction, political behavior, managerial characteristics, programming skills, financial management skills, and problemsolving skills. MicMac analysis was used to identify the type of model characteristics. The results of MicMac analysis showed that based on this, the criteria of the necessary sports expertise index in accordance with the sports federation are of the type of independent variables.
