تدوین استراتژی‌های توسعه فوتسال استان سلیمانیه کشور عراق

این پژوهش با هدف تدوین استراتژی‌های توسعه فوتسال در استان سلیمانیه کشور عراق انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید گروه علوم ورزشی، مدیران و کارشناسان هیات‌های فوتبال استان و شهرستان‌ها و مربیان و داوران برجسته استان جمعاً به تعداد 53 نفر می‌باشد. برای تعیین نمونه پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار استفاده شد و تمامی جامعه به مثابه نمونه انتخاب شدند (n=n). ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته براساس مبانی نظری و مطالعات مشابه بود که روایی محتوایی آنها براساس نظر متخصصان و با پایایی (0.89=ra) مناسب تایید شد. از آزمون فریدمن، روش وزن‌دهی، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل درونی (ife) و بیرونی (efe) و ماتریس داخلی و خارجی (ie) جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها منجر به شناسایی 8 نقطه قوت، 13 نقطه ضعف، 8 فرصت، 5 تهدید و 21 استراتژی (7 استراتژی so، 7 استراتژی wo، 4 استراتژی st و 3 استراتژی wt) گردید. همچنین براساس ماتریس عوامل درونی (2.43) و عوامل بیرونی (2.55) وضعیت راهبردی فوتسال استان سلیمانیه کشور عراق در منطقه wo  قرار دارد. نتایج تحلیل سوات نشان می‌دهد که ضعف‌ها بر قوت‌ها و فرصت‌ها بر تهدیدها غلبه دارد؛ بنابراین بایستی از استراتژی‌های محافظه‌کارانه (بهبود بخشیدن نقاط ضعف داخلی با بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های موجود) استفاده شود.

Designing Strategies for the Futsal Development in Iraq’s Sulaimaniyah Province Based on the SWOT Analysis and QSPM model

The present study intended to designing strategies for the futsal development in Iraq’s Sulaimaniyah Province based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM model. This research is descriptiveanalytical and functional. The statistical population of study included professors of the department of sport sciences, directors and experts of provincial and city football committees and the coaches and famous referees of the province, totally 53 people. To determine the sample, we used All the numbers sampling and the whole society was chosen as a sample (N = n). The authors have developed a questionnaire, as an instrument, based on exploratory study and rewriting similar foundations and studies. Validity of this instrument was confirmed by experts (content validity). The reliability of the instrument was also proved as suitable (Ra= 0.89). To analyze the data and the suitable strategies, friedman test, weighting method, and external and internal factors evaluation matrix and internal and external matrix (IE) were utilized. Data analysis led to identifying 8 strengths, 13 weaknesses, 8 opportunities, 5 threats and 21 strategies (7 SO strategies, 7 WO strategies, 4 ST strategies and 3 WT strategies). Also according to internal factors matrix (2.44) and external factors matrix (2.55), the strategic condition of the Iraqi Sulaimaniyah Futsal is in WO region. The results of SWOT analysis show that weaknesses overcome strengths and opportunities over threats, so conservative strategies(Improve internal weaknesses by exploiting existing opportunities) should be used.
