بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ ورزش قهرمانی زنان ایران

هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان ایران بود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی است که به شیوه تحلیل محتوای مستقیم و با استفاده از ادبیات موجود و مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان منتخب (به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند) اجرا شد. تحلیل ادبیات موجود، سه دسته عوامل زیرساختی، فنیورزشی و بستر اجتماعی موثر در توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان را آشکار کرد که در مرحله بعد از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته، بسط داده و تکمیل شد. حاصل تحلیل ها، استخراج 43 کد و 11 مقوله فرعی بود. عوامل زیرساختی چهار مقولۀ امکانات عمومیِ ورزش قهرمانی، امکانات اختصاصی بانوان، منابع درآمدی و ساختار مدیریتی را در بر گرفت؛ سه مقولۀ توسعه حرفه ای، مدیریت استعداد و آماده‌سازی عمومی، عوامل فنیورزشی را تشکیل دادند؛ و دسترسی به منابع انسانی، شایستگی ها، حمایت ها و محدودیت های عرفی نیز در دستۀ بستر اجتماعی قرار گرفتند. بنابراین، توسعه ورزش قهرمانی زنان نیازمند بهبود وضعیت اجتماعی، زیرساخت های اولیه و عوامل فنی است که به نظر می رسد موضوعات اجتماعی عواملی زیربنایی تر هستند. از اینرو، لازم است برای تسریع روند توسعه ورزش زنان، تعاملات با گروه های ذی نفوذ داخلی و نهادهای بین المللی و سپس همکاری های بین بخشی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Investigating the factors affecting the development of Iranian women’s sport championship

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the development of the Iranian women’s sport championship. This is a qualitative research that is categorized into direct content analysis; the data were gathered by existing literature and 15 interviews with experts selected using purposive sampling. The analysis of existing literature revealed three categories of infrastructure, technicalsport, and social contexts influencing the development of women’s championship sport. In the next step, the framework through semistructured interviews, extended and completed. As a result of the analysis, 43 codes and 11 subcategories were extracted. The infrastructure factors include four categories of popular sports facilities, exclusive women’s facilities, income sources, and administrative structures; Technicalsports factors include professional development, talent management and general preparation; and social contexts influencing the development of women’s championship sport include access to human resources, eligibilities, social support, and conventional limits. Therefore, the development of women’s championship sport requires an improvement in social status, basic infrastructure, and technical factors; and social issues seem to be more fundamental and important. In order to accelerate the development of women’s championship sports, it is necessary to consider interactions with domestic influential groups and international institutions, as well as intersectoral cooperation.
