چکیده
|
Doppler imaging is a non-invasive method in evaluating fetal circulation. renal artery doppler (rad) has been used for assessing fetal well-being in several studies. the aim of this narrative review was to accumulate and classify current evidence on rad in fetal sonography. articles until november 2022 were searched. after removing ineligible articles, 51 studies were included. present articles were about rad assessment in cases with amniotic fluid level changes, fetal growth restriction, fetal renal diseases, monochorionic twin pregnancies, preeclampsia, and gestational diabetes mellitus. the complex physiology of fetal kidney function may explain different results observed in different studies about the role of rad in fetal assessment. it seems this factor can be useful in assessing some groups like diabetic pregnant women, and it should be used accompanying other related factors like kidney size. further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of rad in clinical management.

Abstract
|
سونوگرافی داپلر یک روش غیرتهاجمی برای بررسی سیستم گردش خون جنین میباشد. بررسی شریان کلیوی به کمک داپلر در مطالعات متعدد به عنوان روشی برای ارزیابی سلامت جنین به کار رفته است. هدف این مقاله مروری، گردآوری و دستهبندی دانش موجود در مورد استفاده از سونوگرافی داپلر شریان کلیوی در بررسی جنین میباشد. مقالاتی که تا نوامبر سال 2022 در این زمینه موجود بودند بررسی شده و در نهایت 51 مقاله انتخاب شدند. موضوع اغلب این مقالات مربوط به نقش سونوگرافی داپلر شریان کلیوی جنین در ارتباط با تغییرات سطع مایع آمنیوتیک، ارزیابی محدودیت رشد داخل رحمی، بیماری کلیه جنین و همچنین تغییرات آن در بیماران پراکلامپسی، دیابت حاملگی و دوقلویی مونوکوریون مونوآمنیون بودند. کارکرد پیچیده کلیه جنین، میتواند علت نتایج متفاوتی باشد که در مقالات مختلف دیده میشود. به نظر میرسد استفاده از این ابزار در بررسی بعضی از بیماران مانند زنان باردار مبتلا به دیابت کمککننده است و البته دیگر فاکتورهای مرتبط مانند سایز کلیه باید در نظر گرفته شوند. با توجه به شواهد موجود مطالعات بیشتری در مورد نقش سونوگرافی داپلر شریان کلیه در ارزیابی جنین برای استفاده بالینی مورد نیاز میباشد.
