determining the sexual quality of life and related factors in patients referred to the department of cardiac rehabilitation: a cross-sectional study

Background: one of the neglected issues among cardiovascular participants is sexual activity, which can affect their general quality of life. objective: to evaluate the sexual quality of life and its related factors. materials and methods: this cross-sectional study was conducted on 200 cardiovascular participants, referred to the department of rehabilitation of the shahid beheshti hospital of kashan, iran in may 2017. individuals who met the inclusion criteria filled the demographic characteristics questionnaires, including sexual quality of life questionnaire (sqol)-female and sqol-male, sexual knowledge post-myocardial infarction scale (sks-mi), sexual knowledge after coronary artery bypass grafting surgery scale (sks-cabg), and couple communication scale (ccs). results: in this research, the mean score of sqol of the participants was 50.02 ± 22.57. according to the results, there was a significant and positive association between the scores of sqol and ccs (r = 0.540, p ≤ 0.0001), sks-mi (r = 0.322, p = 0.006), and skscabg (r = 0.178, p = 0.046). the maximum association was observed between sqol and ccs and the minimum association between sqol and sks-cabg. moreover, there was a relationship between the sqol and participant’s age and level of education. conclusion: according to the results of the study, the sexual quality of life scores among participants with mi and cabg was not favorable and this participant suffered from a lack of sexual knowledge.

تعیین کیفیت زندگی جنسی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بخش بازتوانی قلبی: مطالعه مقطعی

مقدمه: یکی از بخش های زندگی این افراد که به طور معمول مورد غفلت قرار می گیرد زندگی جنسی این افراد می باشد که کیفیت زندگی عمومی آنها را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد.هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کیفیت زندگی جنسی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در این بیماران صورت گرفت.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 200 نفر از بیماران قلبی مراجعه کننده به بخش بازتوانی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان در سال 1396 انجام شد. در این مطالعه افرادی که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند پرسشنامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک، کیفیت زندگی جنسی، دانش جنسی بعد از انفارکتوس میوکارد (Sexual Knowledge poste Myocardial Infarction Scale)، دانش جنسی بعد از جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر (Sexual Knowledge poste Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Surgery Scale) و روابط بین زوجین (Couple Communication Scale) را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های t، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. علاوه بر این، مقدار p کمتر از 05/0 از نظر آماری معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.نتایج: یافته نشان دادند میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی جنسی و انحراف معیار در هر دو جنس57/22 ± 02/50 بوده است. بر اساس نتایج ،کیفیت زندگی جنسی با متغیر های روابط بین زوجین با540/0 = r و000/0 = p و دانش جنسی با 322/0 = r و006/0 = p همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری داشته است. علاوه بر این بین نمره کیفیت زندگی جنسی، سن و سطح تحصیلات شرکت کنندگان ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که نمره کیفیت زندگی جنسی در بین شرکت کنندگان با انفارکتوس میوکارد و جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر مطلوب نبوده و به فاکتور های مربوط آن باید توجه بیشتری شود.
