چکیده
|
A 25-year-old woman (gravida 2, abortioni) was admitted toghaem hospital affiliated to mashhad university of medicalsciences at 24th week of gestation. her chief complaint wasbloody show. she had a history of incompetent cervix, withpremature laborat 22nd week of gestation. she was hospitalizedwith 4cm dilatation and 50% effacement of cervix at 24thweek of gestation. following bed rest and prescribing heparinfor prophylaxis against thromboembolism, she delivered at39th week of gestation with good maternal and neonatal outcome.expectant man agement with complete bed rest a longwith an ticoagulant therapy is considered to be a safe methodfor man agement of cervical incompetence.
