Percutaneous coronary intervention in the setting of coronarybifurcation lesions is associated with increased risk for complications.the goal of this manuscript is to review the currentlyavailable classifications for coronary artery bifurcationlesions with a guide to the use of specific coronary bifurcationtechniques based on lesion characteristics.
