چکیده
|
Echinococcus is endemic in some parts of the world but cardiacinvolvement with hydatid cyst is rare. here, we report a55-year-old man who developed right ulnar fracture and wasscheduled for surgery. during routine preoperative evaluationabnormal findings in ecg were found. in echocardiography, alarge mass was detected in the inferior wall of the left ventricle.coronary angiography showed normal findings. the patientunderwent cardiac surgery to excise the mass which lateron identified as a hydatid cyst
