Herein, we report a patient with arter io-venous fistula secondaryto mycotic aneurysm, causing high output heart fai lure.the patient had one-year history of refractory heart failure andrecurr ent pulmonary edema. this presentati on is a good exampleof curati ve surgically treat able cause of high-outputcongestive heart failure.
