چکیده
|
Splenogonadal fusion is a rare congenital malformationwhereby the splenic tissue is found attached or surrounded bythe testis, and presents in both continuous and discontinuousforms. splenogonadal fusion may be misinterpreted as a primarymalignant testicular or an adenomatoid tumor. knowledgeabout the existence of such an entity is essential in orderto preserve the testis during surgical operation. we describe acase of splenogonadal fusion in a young man with bilateralnormal oriented scrotal testis.
