ایدۀ دانشگاه تربیت‌محور

بعد از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به ایجاد تحولی در دانشگاه‌ها احساس نیاز می‌شد. با وجود اجرای سیاست‌های متنوع، تاکنون این تحول در دانشگاه‌ها به‌وجود نیامده است و دانشگاه‌های کشور همان مسیر ترسیم‌شدۀ جهانی را کم‌وبیش پیموده‌اند. گواه آن نیز رتبه‌بندی‌های جهانی است که به‌طور تلویحی نشان می‌دهند، نه‌تنها ساختار دانشگاه، بلکه فعالیت‌های علمی پژوهشی در آن نیز در راستای معیارهای جهانی است. در مقابل، بی‌تاثیر بودن دانشگاه‌ها در رفع مشکلات جامعه ایرادی است که حتی از طرف دانشگاهیان بر وضعیت فعلی دانشگاه وارد می‌شود؛ حتی برخی افراد از آن به بحران دانشگاه یاد می‌کنند. در این مقاله با استفاده از تعریف موسّع «علم» در فرهنگ اسلامی، که شامل علوم مدرن هم می‌شود، ایدۀ «دانشگاه تربیت‌محور» را ارائه خواهیم کرد که می‌تواند دانشگاه‌های ما را، با توجه به شرایط کنونی آنها و با کمترین تغییرات در وضعیت فعلی‌شان، متحول کند. ایدۀ دانشگاه تربیت‌محور بر مبنای نظریه‌های سامانه‌های پیچیده در این نوشتار معرفی می‌شود.

the idea of an education-centered university

following the islamic revolution, there emerged a need for transformative change in universities. despite the implementation of diverse policies, this transformation has yet to materialize, as iranian universities continue to align with global frameworks. this is evidenced by international rankings which implicitly show that not only the structure of universities but also their academic and research activities adhere to global standards. conversely, the ineffectiveness of universities in addressing societal challenges has drawn criticism, even from academics, with some describing the current state as a crisis of higher education. using the broad definition of science in the islamic culture, which encompasses modern disciplines, in this article, we propose the idea of an education-centered university. this model aims to revolutionize iranian universities by reorienting their existing structures and activities with minimal systemic disruption. this study introduces the idea of education-centered university which is grounded in complex systems theory.
