واکاوی چالش‌های تربیت دینی نوجوانان در نظام آموزشگاهی و اعتباربخشی به آن توسط دبیران دین و زندگی

هدف این پژوهش واکاوی چالش‌های تربیت دینی و اعتباربخشی آن در نظام آموزشگاهی است. روش پژوهش آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی جامعۀ تحقیق کارشناسان خبره از قبیل سرگروه‌های آموزشی درس دین و زندگی دورۀ دوم متوسطه، کارشناسان مسئول قرآن و عترت، مدیران و معاونان مدارس بودند که به‌طور هدفمند انتخاب و از طریق مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته دیدگاه‌های آنها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های حاصله حاکی از این است که ضعف سیاست‌گذاری تربیتی، کارآمد نبودن جو تربیت اخلاقی و عاطفی، آرمان‌گرایانه بودن و انعطاف‌ناپذیری اهداف، عدم تناسب با نیاز، فعال و کاربردی نبودن برنامه‌های تربیتی، ضعف روش‌های تبیینی و اجرایی، ضعف ویژگی شخصیتی، دانش تخصصی، باورهای دینی، دانش و تعهد حرفه‌ای معلمان، و عدم مدیریت فضای مجازی از چالش‌های تربیت دینی است. جهت اعتباربخشی به یافته‌های حاصله، با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته، دیدگاه‌های دبیران دین و زندگی دورۀ دوم متوسطه 5 استان کشور مورد مطالعه و بخش اعظم مولفه‌های احصاشده مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

analyzing the challenges of religious education for adolescents in schools and its validation by teachers of “religion and life”

the aim of this study is to analyze the challenges of religious education and its validation in the school system. the mixed method is used in this research. in the qualitative phase, the participants included experts and professionals such as educational supervisors of the religion and life course for upper-secondary schools, officials in charge of the quran and itrat (prophet’s household) programs, school principals and vice-principals, selected through purposeful sampling. the participants’ perspectives were analyzed through semi-structured interviews. the findings show that the challenges of religious education include weak educational policymaking, ineffective ethical and emotional educational atmosphere, overly idealistic and inflexible goals, misalignment with students’ needs, inactive and impractical educational programs, deficiencies in explanatory and implementation methods, teachers’ shortcomings in personality traits, specialized knowledge, religious beliefs, professional expertise, and commitment, as well as poor management of virtual spaces. to validate the findings, a researcher-developed questionnaire was used to survey the perspectives of religion and life teachers from upper-secondary schools in five provinces of the country. the majority of the identified components were confirmed.
