اولویت سنجی شاخصه های دانش آموز تراز انقلاب اسلامی در نگاه مقام معظم رهبری با تمرکز بر روش تلفیقی تحلیل محتوای کمی و کیفی

رسالت اصلی آموزش و پرورش و همچنین سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد تربیتی و فرهنگی که در حیطه تربیت نوجوان فعالیت می‌کنند، به‌وجود آوردن خصوصیات ویژه‌ای در جامعه هدف است؛ اما سوال مهم اینجاست که این خصوصیات چه خصوصیاتی‌اند؟ و از این مهم‌تر اینکه کدام‌یک از آنها اولویت بیشتری دارند؟ در این مقاله بعد از محور قرار دادن بیانات مقام معظم رهبری و منظومه فکری ایشان، با استفاده از روش تلفیقی تحلیل محتوای کمّی و کیفی و تولید اصول استنباط چهارگانه، به استخراج نظام اولویت شاخصه‌های مذکور پرداخته شده است. با توجه به فرایند گفته‌شده، «ایمان» مهم‌ترین شاخصه برای دانش‌آموز تراز انقلاب اسلامی است. «اهل کار انقلابی و سیاسی بودن»، «باهویت»، «اهل علم» و «دارای مهارت» بودن نیز به‌ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار می‌گیرند.

education as well as educational and cultural ngos involved in adolescent education mainly deal with creating special characteristics in the target society. but an important question is: what qualities these characteristics have and more importantly, which of them has more priority? in this article, after focusing on the statements of the supreme leader and his intellectual system, using the integrated method of quantitative and qualitative content analysis and producing four principles of inference, the priority system of the mentioned indicators has been extracted. based on the mentioned process, faith is the most important indicator for the islamic revolution student. having a revolutionary and political character and identity, being interested in knowledge and having skills are in the next ranks of priority.
