داشبورد مدیریت منابع دارویی برای بیمارستان عمومی در یک کشور کم درآمد: طراحی، اجرا و ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده

زمینه و هدف: داشبورد دارویی می‌تواند به مدیران اجرایی و مدیران امکان مدیریت منابع دارویی در بیمارستان‌ها را بدهد. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی، پیاده سازی و ارزیابی داشبورد مدیریت منابع دارویی برای بیمارستان‌های عمومی انجام شد.روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع توسعه-کاربردی در مرکز جامع درمانی دانشگاهی شهید بهشتی انجام شد. بر اساس منابع علمی، شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد داشبورد (kpis) و قابلیت‌های داشبورد دارویی شناسایی شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، kpis و قابلیت‌های داشبورد دارویی بود. مدل مفهومی داشبورد با استفاده از نرم‌افزار rational rose طراحی شد و سپس از نرم‌افزار power bi برای ایجاد سیستم استفاده شد. ارزیابی کاربردپذیری داشبورد دارویی با ابزار استاندارد eucs توسط 10 کاربر انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی در نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: مهم‌ترین kpi تعیین‌شده برای داشبورد مدیریت منابع دارویی در بیمارستان‌های عمومی «نسبت مصرف آنتی‌بیوتیک به تعداد کل داروها»، «نسبت آنتی‌بیوتیک تجویز شده توسط پزشکان عمومی به تعداد کل داروها»، «نسبت بیمارانی که برای آن‌ها آنتی‌بیوتیک تجویز شده است به همه بیماران» و «نسبت تعداد اقلام دارویی تجویز شده توسط متخصصان به همه پزشکان» بود. مهم‌ترین الزامات عملکردی تعیین شده» «به‌روز‌رسانی اطلاعات در فواصل زمانی مشخص»، «بررسی داشبورد در بازه‌های زمانی مختلف»، «تعریف سطوح دسترسی برای مشاهده اطلاعات» و «انتخاب بین نمایشگرهای گرافیکی و جدولی» بود. ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده نشان داد که رضایت کاربران از متغیر«محتوای داشبورد» در سطح «بسیار بالا» و برای سایر متغیرها در سطح «بالا» بود.نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص‌های kpi مرتبط با آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها و هزینه‌های دارویی در داشبورد دارویی بیمارستان‌های عمومی از اولویت بالایی برخوردار است. مطالعات آتی باید تاثیر استفاده از داشبورد دارویی را بر تصمیم‌گیری مدیران اجرایی بیمارستان و مدیران ارزیابی کند.

designing, implementing, and evaluating a user-friendly resource management dashboard for a general hospital in a low-income country

background and aim: a medication dashboard could provide executive directors and managers with the ability to manage medication resources in hospitals. this study aimed to design, implement, and evaluate a medication resources management dashboard for general hospitals.materials and methods: this study was of the development-applied type conducted in an academic therapeutic community center. based on scientific sources, the dashboard’s key performance indicators (kpis) and functional requirements were identified. the data collection tool was a questionnaire comprising demographic information, kpis, and functional requirements. the dashboard conceptual model was designed using rational rose software, and then power bi software was used to develop the system. the usability of the dashboard was evaluated using the standard questionnaire for end user computing satisfaction by 10 users. the data were analyzed in spss software using descriptive statistics.results: the most important kpis determined for a medication resources management dashboard in general hospitals were “the ratio of antibiotic consumption to total number of drugs”, “the ratio of the antibiotic prescribed by general practitioners to total number of drugs”, “the ratio of patients for whom antibiotics were prescribed to all patients”, and “the ratio of the number of drug items prescribed by specialists to all physicians”. the most important functional requirements determined were “updating information at specific intervals “, “checking the dashboard at different time intervals”, “defining access levels to view the information”, and “choosing between graphical and tabular displays”. usability evaluation showed that users’ satisfaction with the dashboard content variable was “very high” and for the other variables was at a “high” level.conclusion: the kpis associated with antibiotics and drug costs within the medication dashboard of general hospitals are high priority. future studies should evaluate the impact of using a medication dashboard on hospital executive directors’ and managers’ decision-making.
