ارایه مدل معماری سازمانی سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی با رویکرد سرویس گرا

زمینه و هدف: آزمایشگاه‌ها جزو اصلی‌ترین پایه‌های مراکز تحقیقاتی و علمی به‌حساب می‌آیند. سیستم‌های مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاه بستر ثبت اطلاعات و تعاملات بین آزمایشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگران است. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر ارایه مدل معماری سازمانی سیستم‌های مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی است.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش کیفی انجام گرفت. با استخراج اسناد و اطلاعات موجود در خصوص سیستم‌های مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی از بانکهای اطلاعاتی، نمونه ی 16 نفره از کارشناسان و استادان استفاده کننده از خدمات آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه صنعتی شریف جهت تعیین نیازها به صورت گلوله برفی و مبتنی بر هدف در مصاحبه وارد شدند. با تعیین نیازها، مدلهای معماری سازمانی از بانکهای اطلاعاتی استخراج شد. جهت انتخاب مدل معماری سازمانی برای انتخاب بهترین مدل متناسب با خدمات آزمایشگاهی از نظر 16 صاحب نظر استفاده شد. با توجه به جنبه های مختلف فنی و مدیریتی سیستمهای مدیریت آزمایشگاهها دو مدل معماری زکمن و مدل معماری سرویس‌گرا تلفیق گردیدند. در مرحله ی بعد با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی در سه راند از نظر متخصصان استفاده کننده از سیستم های خدمات آزمایشگاهی جهت ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش متشکل از دو قسمت ارزیابی نیازهای سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاهی و ارایه الگوی پیشنهادی می‌باشد. در مدل ارایه شده محتوای هر سلول چارچوب زکمن با رویکرد سرویس‌گرا با توجه به مشخصات سیستم مدیریت آزمایشگاهی انتخاب و تلفیق گردید. مدل بر اساس پنج سطح بلوغ معماری سازمانی بررسی گردید که بهبود بلوغ معماری سازمانی در سطوح بالاتر مشهود بود.نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از معماری سازمانی ویژه ی سیستمهای مدیریت آزمایشگاهی سبب استفاده ی بهینه از منابع و سهولت در تعاملات می گردد.

Providing an Enterprise Architecture Framework Model for Laboratory Information Management Systems by Service Oriented Approach

Background and Aim: Laboratories are one of the most important scientific and research centers. Laboratory information management systems provide a platform for recording the information and collaborating between researchers. The main purpose of this study was suggesting an organizational architecture model of laboratory information management systems. Materials and Methods: This study was a qualitative study. In this study, we extracted available documentation and information on laboratory information management systems from databases. Then, 16 faculties and staffs using the Sharif University of Technologychr('39')s laboratory services were selected by snowball sampling and interviewed to determine needs. Based on needs, enterprise architecture models were extracted from databases. 16 experts have evaluated the enterprise architecture model to select the best model suitable for laboratory services. Due to various technical and managerial aspects of laboratory management systems two models of Zachman architecture and serviceoriented architecture models were combined. In the next step, experts from laboratory service systems have evaluated the proposed model, using Delphi technique in three rounds.Results: The findings were analyzed in two parts: Evaluation of the needs of the laboratory information management system and presentation of the proposed model. In the proposed model, the content of each cell of the Zachman framework is approached Serviceoriented were selected and integrated according to the specifications of the laboratory management system.The model was evaluated based on five levels of organizational architecture maturity. The improvement in the maturity of organizational architecture was evident at higher levels.Conclusion: The use of enterprise architecture for laboratory management systems leads to optimal use of resources and ease of collaboration.
