مطالعه‌ی علم‌سنجی برون‌دادهای علمی بین‌المللی sma)spinal)muscular atrophy

زمینه و هدف:مطالعه برون داد‌های علمی با استفاده از شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی، ابزاری موثر جهت درک تحقیقات علمی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر دیداری‌سازی برون دادهای پژوهشی بین‌المللی قلمرو موضوعی sma است. روش‌ بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی با رویکرد تحلیلی و با استفاده از شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. جامعه ی پژوهش حاضر، تعداد 4217 مدرک در پایگاه wos، در قلمرو موضوعی sma در بازه زمانی 1946 تا پایان 2018 است. جهت مشخص کردن کلیدواژه‌های اصلی از سرعنوان‌های موضوعی پزشکی(مش) و برای یکدست‌سازی واژگان از نرم‌افزارravar matrix و جهت دیداری‌سازی نیز از نرم‌افزار vosviewer، histcite و excel استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: تعداد 91 کشور در تولید برون دادهای علمی قلمرو مذکور مشارکت داشته‌اند که در بین کشورهای تاثیرگذار، کشور آمریکا بیشترین همکاری علمی را با دیگر کشورها دارد. تعداد 946 مجله ی مهم شناسایی شد که مجله ی human molecular genetics sma دارای بالاترین مدرک و استناد است. مقالات قلمرو موضوعی sma مجموعا دارای 6097 کلیدواژه است که کلیدواژه ی spinal muscular atrophy (sma) دارای بیشترین فراوانی و موضوع هسته در 9 کشور تاثیرگذار در این قلمرو است. تعداد کل مقالات قلمرو مذکور، 8505 مورد است. کشور ایران با میزان 0/58 درصد از کل تولیدات علمی در جایگاه بیست و نهم قراردارد.نتیجه‌گیری: سیر صعودی روند پژوهش‌های علمی قلمرو sma، نشانگر اهمیت روزافزون این قلمرو در جهان است. با توجه به‌رشد بین‌المللی پژوهش در قلمرو مذکور و اهمیت مشارکت پژوهش‌های بین‌المللی، پژوهشگران کشورمان باید به‌همکاری علمی توجه بیشتری نشان دهند.

Scientometric Study of SMA International Research Outputs

Background Aim: studying scientific outputs by using scientific indices is a useful tool for understanding scientific research. The purpose of this study is to visualize the international research outputs of the SMA subject Area.Materials Method: This study is an applied one with an analytical approach and using scientometric indices. The population present in this study includes 4217 WOS records all in the SMA area from 1946 until the end of 2018. The MeSH have been used to identify keywords and Ravar PreMap software for words rsquo; homogenization, VOSviewer, HistCite, and Excel used also.Conclusion: Ninetyone countries involved in scientific production outputs of this subject area, were among the most influential countries in scientific collaboration. The USA has most of its collaborations with other countries. Of the 946 essential journals identified, HUMAN MOLECULAR GENETICS SMA has got the highest number of citations. Articles in SMA Subject Area with the total number of 6097 keywords have got the 1st rank, of which the ldquo;Spinal Muscular Atrophy rdquo; has got the highest frequency and the core subject among the nine influential countries. The total number of articles in this area is 8505. Worthy of mentioning, Iran with 58% of the total scientific output ranked nine on the list.Results: The upward trend of SMA scientific research trend indicates the increasing importance of this area in the world. Due to the the international growth of research in this area and the importance of the participation of international research, researchers in our country should pay more attention to scientific cooperation.
