الزامات اطلاعاتی سامانه‌ی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه جهت مدیریت درمان بیماران مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد محرک

زمینه و هدف: مصرف مواد محرک به دلیل عوارض جانبی بسیار بر مصرف کنندگان از جمله خطرناک ترین مواد به شمار می آیند. چالش های بسیار در درمان این بیماران، مدیریت درمان را دشوار می سازد. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی عناصر اطلاعاتی مورد نیاز جهت ایجاد سامانه ی مبتنی بر برنامه کاربردی تلفن همراه به همراه برنامه کاربردی تحت وب برای بهبود مدیریت درمان بیماران می باشد.روش بررسی: در این پژوهش، جامعه و نمونه مطابقت داشته و از تمامی متخصصان مرکز ملی مطالعات اعتیاد ایران که سابقه ی درمان بالینی بیماران را داشتند نظرسنجی شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسش نامه ی محقق ساخته بر اساس مقیاس لیکرت بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن به روش کرونباخ و با نمره 0/74 و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss تایید شد.یافته ها: پس از بررسی، تمامی عناصری که بیش از 50 درصد موافقت متخصصان را کسب کرده بودند، به عنوان عناصر اطلاعاتی ضروری جهت سیستمی کردن مدیریت درمان مشخص شدند. محورهای آموزش و پیام های انگیزشی با کسب 100 درصد نظرات موافق به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین و محورهای تاریخچه ی تروما و دارو درمانی با کسب درصد زیر 50 به عنوان محورهای کم تاثیر شناخته شده و حذف شدند. سایر محورها نیز با کسب میانگین درصد بالای 80 به عنوان محورهای تاثیرگذار شناخته شده و در مطالعه لحاظ گردیدند. نتیجه گیری: فناوری های حوزه ی سلامت می توانند نقش مهمی در بهینه سازی فرایند درمان بیماران مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد محرک از طریق تسهیل پایش بیمار و افزایش مشارکت در درمان و کاهش هزینه های ناشی از شکست درمان و عود بیماری داشته باشند.

Informational Requirements of A Mobile-Based System to Manage the Treatment of Stimulant Abusers

Background and Aim: Stimulants are among the most dangerous substances because of their physical and psychological side effects. The process of treating stimulant abusers is so complicated that makes the treatment very difficult. The aim of the current study is to identify the bits of information needed for the design and development of a mobile application system and a webbased application program to improve the treatment management of stimulant abusers. Materials and Methods: This study is a crosssectional study in which the community and the sample are matched. All participators work at Iranian National Center for Addiction Studies(INCAS) as stimulant abuse care givers. The data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and its validity approved by experts. In addition, the reliability determined by Cronbach alpha method with the score 0/74 analyzed via SPSS. Results: Items that got more than 50% of the participants rsquo; acceptance were identified as the information needed for the system. The most influential items were education and motivational messages with 100% of experts rsquo; agreement. Trauma history and medication therapy, however, got less than 50% and were removed. Other items were put into the study by gaining an average of more than 80% of the experts rsquo; agreement. Conclusion: Emerging technologies in the field of heath can play a significant role in the optimization of stimulant abuse treatment by facilitating the treatment process, increasing the patient participation in the process of treatment, and reducing the costs of patients rsquo; lapse and relapse.
