ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به اصول اخلاق اسلامی در مراقبت های پرستاری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

زمینه و هدف: نقش آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران شاغل در مراکز درمانی نسبت به اصول اخلاق اسلامی در مراقبت های پرستاری قابل توجه می باشد، لذا در این مطالعه سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران در مورد اصول اخلاق اسلامی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.روش بررسی: در این بررسی مقطعی، آگاهی و نگرش 551 پرستار برحسب متغیرهای سن، جنس، تحصیلات و نوع استخدام در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1394 به وسیله پرسشنامه ارزیابی گردید. پرسشنامه این مطالعه از طریق focus group discussion (بحث گروهی و بارش افکار) تهیه شد، همچنین از استادان و صاحبنظران این رشته بهره گرفته شد و در نهایت میزان روایی سنجیده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق ارزیابی تست آلفا کرونباخ سنجیده شد. اطلاعات در spss آنالیز و مورد تحلیل آماری شد. یافته ها: مطالعه ما نشان داده است که جنس زن، داشتن سابقه کاری 2015 سال، نوع استخدام رسمی و داشتن سطح تحصیلات فوق لیسانس و بالاتر، با آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مرتبط می باشد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه ارتباط معنی داری بین سن و سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد را در مورد اصول اخلاق اسلامی به ویژه در دهه سنی 50-40 سال گزارش کرده است(0/05

Nurses’ Knowledge, Attitude and Performance Towards the Principles of Islamic Ethics in Nursing Care in Tehran University of Medical Sciences

Background and Aim: Nurses rsquo; knowledge, attitude and performance towards the principles of Islamic ethics are remarkable in nursing care in Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS). Materials and Methods: In this crosssectional study, the knowledge, attitude and performance of 551 nurses were evaluated based on their age, sex, education, and type of employment in TUMS hospitals (by a valid questionnaire). All data were analyzed by SPSS. In this study, a questionnaire was designed through a Focus group discussion and then its validity was evaluated. Moreover, the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by testretest method. Results: Our study showed that female sex, work experience of 1520 years, type of employment, and higher education were associated with a higher level of knowledge, attitude and performance towards principles of Islamic ethics. Also, according to our analysis, there was a significant relationship between age and level of knowledge, attitude and performance of the principles of Islamic ethics (p<0.05) especially at the age of 40's. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, there is a significant relationship between educational indices and work experience, and the age of nurses with the level of knowledge, attitude and practice regarding the principles of Islamic ethics. It is suggested that educational courses about Islamic ethics be presented based on nurses rsquo; educational levels and age.
