انتخاب تامین کننده ی پمپ سرم و سرنگ با روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره تسلط تقریبی و تاپسیس و مقایسه ی آن ها با روش ویکور

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت صحیح تجهیزات پزشکی می تواند تاثیر بسزایی بر کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش کیفیت خدمات داشته باشد. لذا ضروری است که انتخاب تجهیزات به شیوه ای باشد که آن ها را بر طبق اهمیت شان طبقه بندی می کند. هدف از این مقاله انتخاب مناسب ترین تامین کننده براساس روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش با متد ترکیبی است. ابزار جمع آوری داده های تحقیق شامل اسناد، مدارک و مصاحبه بود. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش در سه گروه تیم مدیران ارشد، کاربران و کارشناسان فنی تجهیزات پزشکی می باشند و نمونه گیری به شکل گلوله برفی انجام شد. یافته ها: در روش تسلط تقریبی اولویت بندی گزینه ها از سمت راست به ترتیب شامل d ،c و سپس a و b با امتیاز برابر هستند، در روش topsis به ترتیب a ،b ،d و c هستند، در روش vikor ترتیب آن ها شامل d ،b ،a وc است. روش یک و دو در اکثر اولویت بندی موارد غیر از b و c شبیه هم هستند و در روش ویکور a تغییر رتبه داده و به اولین رتبه تبدیل شده و b و c در روش تاپسیس دارای رتبه یکسان هستند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سه روش انجام شده اولویت بندی گزینه ها در تمام روش ها شباهت هایی به هم دارند و در عین حال در مواردی هم با یکدیگر متفاوت هستند و هیچ گزینه ای در تمام روش ها جای ثابتی ندارد، برای تصمیم گیری نهایی باید از چندین روش دیگر هم به عنوان روش کمکی استفاده کرد.

Supplier Selection for Serum and Syringe Using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods ELECTRE1, TOPSIS and Compared Them with VIKOR

Background and Aim: Medical facilities management can have a significant impact on reducing costs and increase the quality of services. Therefore, it is essential that the selection of equipment in an objective manner that they will be classified according to their importance, so the aim of this article is to choose the most appropriate of supplier based on multicriteria decisionmaking methods.Materials and Methods: This study was a mixed method. To collect the data, we used documents and interview. The participants consist of top managers, users and experts in medical devices that are in hospital. We used the snowball sampling.Results: It can be seen that as the method (ELECTERE1), the priority order is D>C>A=B And the method( TOPSIS) is the same, the priority order is D>B>A>C And at in the last way (VIKOR) is A>B>D>C And as we see in the first and second methods most cases are the same except B and C. in the third technique A changed place and become the first rank and, B and C has the same rank. Conclusion: we were observed that prioritize the options in all of the similarities to each other and yet in some cases differ, in short, no option is in all of the same place, and it seems to make a final decision should use several other methods as a way to help and emphasis our results.
