چکیده
|
Leaders are effective when they are able to determine the success or failure of a firm. in a recent study on leadership styles within technology-based firms, three leadership styles have been identified; transformational, transactional and ambidextrous leadership. the present study is conducted to determine the level of leadership styles of technology-based firms in malaysia based on these three styles. a survey was conducted on 46 technology-based firms in malaysia. the findings revealed that all constrcuts of leadership styles were found to be significant. practical implications are discussed and suggestions for future research are made.
