|
A quick,simple and inexpensive method of profiling the focused beam from terahertz quantum cascade laser (thz qcl) is presented. using knife edge technique beam width and astigmatism of the thz qcl imaging system have successfully been obtained. © 2016 penerbit utm press. all rights reserved.
