تلازم آزادی و اختیار با شرافت و کرامت ذاتی انسان از منظر قرآن و سنت

شناخت حقوق انسان ، متضمن نگاه دقیق فلسفی، عرفانی و دینی به وجود اوست. قرآن به عنوان مهمترین منبع وحیانی و کاملترین کتاب آسمانی به واقعیت های مربوط به انسان پرداخته است، و درباره او به عنوان اَشرف مخلوقات سخن گفته است. از جمله ویژگیهای انسان که قرآن نسبت به آنها تاکید فراوان دارد، شرافت و آزادی انسان است. آنچه در این نوشتار دنبال می شود، جایگاه شرافت ذاتی و آزادی انسان در منظر قرآن و سنت اسلامی و بیان نسبت این دو امر به عنوان مهمترین عامل پاسداشت حقوق بشر است

The concomitance of liberty and Authority with the honor and munificence of human Nature from the viewpoint of Holy Quran and Tradition

The recognition of human rights implies a close philosophical, theosophical and religious look at his/her existence. As the most significant source and the most complete Holy Scripture, Quran deals with realities about human being. Quran calls human being as the supreme creatures. Quran has emphasized human traits including human honor and liberty. The aim of this study understands the status of natural honor and liberty of man considering the viewpoint of Quran and Islamic tradition and the expression of their relationship as the most important factor in preserving human right
