انتساب پیکرنگاره شجیع‌الملک به استاد کمال‌الملک

شناسایی هویت طراحِ مرقعی سیاه‌قلم و تاریخ‌دار از پیکره شجیع‌الملک، فرمانده نظامی شرق ایران در دوره قاجار، موضوع اصلی این پژوهش است. شواهد موجود، نشان از هنرمندی طراز اول دارد که با شخصیت کاری و اسلوب استاد کمال‌الملک هماهنگ است. این پژوهش قصد دارد ضمن معرفی اثر و ویژگی‌هایش، به شناسایی هنرمندی بپردازد که می‌توانسته این اثر را خلق نماید. کنکاش در کیفیت آثار و زندگی کمال‌الملک، داده‌هایی را در اختیار می‌گذارد که احتمال انتساب این مرقع را به کمال‌الملک بیشتر می‌سازد. مسائلی همچون: تطبیق تاریخ فعالیت هنری کمال‌الملک با زمان خلق اثر، امکان قبول و انجام این سفارش از سوی وی، تطبیق دستخط اثر با امضای کمال‌الملک، کاربست شیوه سیاه‌قلم، بررسی وجوه تشابه و تفارق با دیگر آثار کمال‌الملک و گمانه‌زنی در انتساب اثر به دیگر استادان هم‌‌طراز و هم عصر کمال‌الملک از جمله مواردی هستند که در این پژوهش، به آن‌ها پرداخته شده است. کمال‌الملک در اجرا، شیوه‌ای منحصر به فرد داشته است که علاوه بر رعایت دقیق عینیت‌پردازی نوعی ابهام و محوآلودگی در آثارش وجود دارد که این امر موجب انتقال حس زنده و عمیق در چهره شده است. روش تحقیق تحلیلیتطبیقی و شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. در نتیجه، این تحقیق با بررسی ابعاد مختلف، اثر مذکور را به استاد کمال‌الملک منتسب دانسته است.
