اثر تاریخ کشت بر قدرت و عملکرد بذر بادام زمینی

ﺑﻪ دﻟﻴﻞ رﺷﺪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎدام زﻣﻴﻨﻲ در داﺧﻞ ﺧﺎک، ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ زﻣﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮای ﻛﺎﺷﺖ و ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ اﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل از اﻫﻤﻴﺖ وﻳﮋهای ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ زﻣﺎن رﺳﻴﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎدام زﻣﻴﻨﻲ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﻗﺪرت و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺬر، پژوهشی در دو سال زراعی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان انجام شد. آزمایش در سال اول در پنج تاریخ کاشت و در سال دوم در دو تاریخ کاشت انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری از زمان تشکیل بذر در غلاف به صورت هفتگی بود و بذرها بلافاصله به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. در آزمایشگاه درصد رطوبت و جوانه‌زنی نمونه‌های بذر تعیین و پس از خشک کردن بذرها میزان هدایت الکتریکی آن‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تاریخ کاشت اثر معنی‌داری روی رطوبت بذر در زمان برداشت، درصد جوانه‌زنی، هدایت الکتریکی بذر، سرعت و مدت پرشدن دانه و قدرت گیاهچه داشت. بذرهای حاصل از کشت‌های زود هنگام کمترین مقدار رطوبت و بیشترین درصد جوانه‌زنی را نسبت به بذرهای حاصل از کشت دیرهنگام داشتند. همچنین، تاثیر تاریخ کشت بر عملکرد بذر بادام زمینی در سال اول معنی‌دار بود، در حالی که در سال دوم تاخیر در کاشت تاثیر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد بذر نداشت. کاهش طول دوره پر شدن دانه در تاریخ‌های کاشت تاخیری سال اول و مواجه شدن این دوره با بارش‌های انتهای فصل موجب شد که قدرت و کیفیت بذرهای حاصله به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یابد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که در میان عوامل آب و هوایی، دما و بارندگی طی دوره پر شدن دانه، دو عامل بسیار تاثیرگذار بر قدرت و عملکرد بذر هستند و با تنظیم تاریخ کشت با توجه به شرایط منطقه می‌توان بذرهایی با کیفیت و قدرت بالا را برداشت کرد.

The effect of sowing date on peanut seed vigor and yield

Determination of proper time for planting and harvesting has special importance. For determination of proper time of maturity with high vigor and yield, an experiment was conducted in two crop years in complete block design in research station of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (GUASNR). In first and second year the study was performed in five and two planting dates respectively. The Sampling repeats weekly when seed developed in pods and were transferred immediately to the laboratory. Seed germination and moisture content was determined and electrical conductivity test was measured after drying the seeds. Results showed that seed moisture content in final stage, germination percentage, electrical conductivity, seeds filling rate, seed filling period and seedling vigor were significantly affected by planting date. Seeds which planted early had lower moisture content in harvest time and higher germination percentage than seeds which planted late. Different sowing date significantly affected seed yield in the first year, while in the second year delay sowing had no significant effect on total seed yield. Reduce seed filling period in late planting date of first year and facing this period with the end of season rainfall led to significant decrease in seed vigor and quality. results suggested between weather parameters, temperature and rainfall during seed filling period had significant effects on peanut seed vigor and yield. So adjusting planting date according to location weather condition could results high quality and vigor seeds in harvest time.
