ارایه مدل مراکز رشد وفناوری و تاثیر آن بر توسعه پایدار و توسعه فناوری، با نقش میانجی رشد و نوآوری(مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران)

نقش مهم مراکز رشد و فناوری در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار و فناوری، این مراکز را مورد توجه قرار داده،و از طرف دیگر،وجود نوآوری نیز از الزامات دستیابی به توسعه پایدار وفناوری است.این پژوهش به دنبال ارائه مدلی برای مراکز علم و فناوری و نشان دادن ارتباط آن با توسعه پایدار و فناوری، با نقش میانجی رشد و نوآوری است. روش پژوهش ترکیبی است و جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان دانشگاه‌های آزاد مازندران است.نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی، هدفمند و در بخش کمی، تصادفی می‌باشد. در بخش کیفی 14نفر و در بخش کمی 159نفردر این پژوهش مشارکت داشتند.ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات،مصاحبه و پرسشنامه است.برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمارتوصیفی ودربخش استنباطی ازتحلیل عاملی اکتشافی وتاییدی استفاده شد.برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از تحلیل بارهای عاملی استفاده شد.برای بررسی روابط از نرم‌افزار smart pls2 استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که این مراکز تاثیر مثبتی بر نوآوری و آن نیز ارتباط مثبتی با توسعه فناوری و پایدار دارد.

presentation of the model of growth and technology centers and its impact on sustainable development and technology development, with the role of mediator of growth and innovation. (Case Study of Mazandaran Islamic Azad Universities)

The important role of centers of growth and technology in achieving sustainable development and technology has taken these centers into consideration, On the other hand, innovation is also a requirement for sustainable development and technology. This research seeks to provide a model for science and technology centers and to demonstrate its link with sustainable development and technology, with the role of mediator of growth and innovation. The research method is combined and the statistical population is the experts of Mazandaran Free universities. Sampling in the qualitative, purposeful and quantitative section is random. In the qualitative part of 14 people and in the small part 159 people participated in this research. Information gathering tool, interview and questionnaire.Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used in the inferential part. To evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, factor analysis was used. Smart PLS2 software was used to investigate the relationships. The results showed that these centers have a positive impact on innovation and it has a positive relationship with the development of technology and sustainability.Key Words: Centers of Science and Technology Development, Sustainable Development, Mazandaran Islamic Azad Universities.
