مرور سیستماتیک همکاری میان بوم سازگان های دانش و کسب وکار

در دنیایی که با گذر از دوران توسعه‌ی صنعتی، عصر طلایی دانایی و توسعه‌ی دانش‌بنیان را آغاز کرده است، ارتباط میان صنعت و دانشگاه به عنوان مهم-ترین بازیگران بوم‌سازگان‌های دانش و کسب‌وکار بیش از پیش گسترش یافته و به ضرورتی اجتناب ناپذیر تبدیل شده است. در این راستا در ایران نیز مطالعات و پژوهش‌هایی در این حوزه در سال‌های اخیر صورت گرفته است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف دسته‌بندی و خلاصه‌سازی ادبیات پژوهش در حوزه‌ی همکاری میان صنعت و دانشگاه از مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات استفاده کرده است. در این پژوهش که یک مطالعه کیفی است، با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل تم و نرم‌افزار اطلس تی‌آی، به تحلیل مقاله‌هایی که از تاریخ 1390/01/01 تا 1399/12/29 در مجله‌های مختلف به چاپ رسیده‌اند، پرداخته شد و شبکه مضامینی از عوامل مطرح شده در حوزه‌ی ارتباط میان بوم‌سازگان‌های کسب‌وکار و دانش (صنعت و دانشگاه) ارائه گردید. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، تمامی عوامل مختلف مطرح شده در مطالعات صورت گرفته در یک دهه کشور را می‌توان در پنج عامل کلی دسته‌بندی کرد که عبارت‌اند از «اهداف همکاری»، «موانع همکاری»، «مدل‌های همکاری»، «کانال‌های همکاری» و «تقویت‌کننده‌های همکاری».

systematic review of cooperation between knowledge and business ecosystems

the relationship between industry and the university is one of the topics that has been given a lot of attention in iranian society in the last few decades and many researches have been done in this regard. this paper uses a systematic literature review (slr) with the aim of categorizing and summarizing the literature in the field of cooperation between industry and university. this research as a qualitative study, uses prisma method and theme analysis technique and atlas ti software. it investigated a systematic review of the papers published in journals in the field of cooperation between industry and university in iran business and knowledge ecosystems from 2011 to 2020. after going through the four steps proposed in the systematic review method, 97 papers from different journals remained, which were coded and analyzed. a thematic network of factors raised in the field of communication between business and knowledge ecosystems (industry and university) was presented. based on the results, all the different factors mentioned in the studies carried out in a decade in iran can be categorized into five general factors, which are &goals of cooperation&, &obstacles to cooperation&, &models of cooperation&, &cooperation channels& and &cooperation enhancers&.
