مدل توسعه قصد کارآفرینی با رویکرد فراترکیب ( مورد مطالعه : دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی- واحد تهران مرکز- دانشکده مدیریت )

اهداف: در دنیای امروز کارآفرینی نقش مهمی در رفاه اجتماعی، ایجاد شغل، افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری و رشد اقتصادی داشته است در حال حاضر قصد به کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان یکی از مهمتمرین عوامل ایجاد شغل و رفع بیکاری آنها است. هدف اصلی تحقیق مدل قصد کارآفرینی با رویکرد فراترکیب در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد تهران مرکزی می‌باشد.روش مطالعه: از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی می‌باشد. در بخش کیفی از روش فراترکیب سندلوسکی و باروسو و در قسمت کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری جهت بررسی تاثیر هر یک از متغیرها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی 50 مقاله فارسی و 50 مقاله انگلیسی و جامعه آماری بخش کمی 2 گروه 37 نفره از دانشجویان ارشد و دکتری می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی وب گردی در سایت‌های مجلات و نشریات معتبر علمی و پژوهشی داخلی و خارجی می‌باشد که به طور کلی 100 مقاله مناسب استخراج شد و در بخش کمی ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد می‌باشد. نتایج: یافته‌های بخش کیفی 7 مقوله که عبارتند از، نگرش به رفتار، هنجارهای ذهنی، نوآوری، انگیزه یادگیری، خود اشتغالی، خودکارآمدی می‌باشد و در بخش کمی میزان ضرایب r2 در گروه پس آزمون افزایش داشته است.

entrepreneurial intention model with a metasynthesis approach

objectives: in today’s world, entrepreneurship has played an important role in social welfare, job creation, increased investment and economic growth. at present, entrepreneurship among students is one of the most important factors in creating jobs and eliminating their unemployment. the main purpose of researching the development model of entrepreneurial intention with a meta- synthesis approach in islamic azad university, central tehran branch.methods: it is mixed of qualitative and quantitative type. in the qualitative part, the method of meta- synthesis sandlowski and barroso is used, and in the quantitative part, the method of structural equations is used to study the effect of each variable. and is a doctor. the data collection tool in the qualitative part of web browsing in the sites of prestigious domestic and foreign scientific and research journals and publications is that in general 100 suitable articles were extracted and in the quantitative part it is a standard questionnaire.results: the findings of the qualitative section are 7 categories which are: attitude to behavior, mental norms, innovation, learning motivation, self- employment, and self- efficacy and in the quantitative section the amount of r2 coefficients in the post- test group has increased.conclusion: the prediction rate of changes in dependent variables by the independent variable (entrepreneurial intention) has increased.
