کاربرد پویایی سیستم در ارزیابی فرایندهای مدیریت دانش برکارایی زنجیره تامین

دانش و سرمایه فکری سازمان به عنوان یک عامل اصلی در بازار رقابتی است. به این صورت که بدست آوردن و سریع رسیدن به آن می‌تواند عامل موفقیت شرکت‌ها در یک بازار رقابتی باشد. فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش، فرآیندهای نظام مندی هستند که نقش موثری در بهبود کارایی زنجیره تامین ایفا می‌نمایند.در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل ارزیابی فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش برکارایی زنجیره تامین با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی سیستم می‌باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی است و در دو مرحله انجام شده است؛ ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان، مولفه‌های کلیدی مدیریت دانش شناسایی و سپس از رویکرد پویایی سیستم برای ارزیابی تاثیر آن بر کارایی زنجیره تامین یک شرکت تولید و پخش فرآورده‌های نفتی استفاده شد.یافته ها نشان داد که فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش براساس مولفه های خلق، ثبت، اشتراک‌گذاری، استفاده و بهره برداری، با بهبود درکارایی عناصر زنجیره تامین، شامل میزان ورودی مواد اولیه، نرخ تولید، حمل‌ونقل و خدمت‌رسانی به مشتری و همچنین کاهش ضایعات تاثیر مثبتی بر پوشش‌دهی بیشتر تقاضا داشته است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از اجرای سناریو‌های مطرح شده تاثیر مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش بر کارایی زنجیره را مورد ارزیابی قرار دادند. در نهایت، این مدل با ارائه خروجی‌های مناسب و بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش موفق به افزایش کارایی در زنجیره تامین شد. مدل ارائه شده به مدیران صنعت و تصمیم گیرندگان کمک می‌کند که نتایج بدست آمده از اجرای شیوه‌های مدیریت دانش را شناسایی کنند و با اتخاذ تدابیری، شیوه های موثر بر کارایی در زنجیره تامین را بهبود دهند.

application of system dynamics in evaluating knowledge management processes on supply chain efficiency

knowledge and intellectual capital of the organization is a key factor in a competitive market.so, obtaining and achieving it quickly can lead success for the companies in a competitive market. knowledge management processes are systematic processes which play an effective role in improving supply chain efficiency. in this regard, the purpose of this study is to provide a model for evaluating knowledge management processes on supply chain efficiency using the system dynamics approach.this research is applicable and has been done in two stages.first, by reviewing the literature and interviewing experts, the key components of knowledge management were identified and then the system dynamics approach was used to evaluate its impact on the supply chain efficiency of a petroleum products production and distribution company. findings showed that knowledge management processes based on the components of creation, registration, sharing, use and exploitatiovfn by improving the efficiency of supply chain elements including raw material input, production rate, transportation and customer’s service providing as well as reducing wastes have a positive impact on more demand coverage. also, the results of the implementation of the proposed scenarios evaluated the effect of knowledge management components on the efficiency of the chain. finally, this model was successful by providing appropriate outputs and using the components of knowledge management to increase efficiency in the supply chain.. the proposed model helps industry managers and decision makers to identify the results obtained from the implementation of knowledge management methods and to improve methods in supply chain efficiency by taking measures.
