واکاوی عوامل موثر بر شکل گیری پاکی سازمانی در بخش دولتی ایران

پژوهش حاضر ضمن تشریح مفهوم پاکی سازمانی و تعیین عوامل شکل دهنده آن در سازمانهای دولتی ایران، با ارائۀ مدل به روشن کردن بیشتر این پدیده کمک می کند و به دلیل ماهیت کار از رویکرد آمیخته بهره گرفته است. در این پژوهش، بسیاری از نظریه ها و مدل ها در زمینه پاکی سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، این مدل ها از مطالعه 217 منبع یافت شده و انتخاب 63 مقاله و کتاب بیان شده است. پس از یافتن علل موثر بر پاکی سازمانی از طریق مبانی تئوریکی، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه و انجام تحلیل های کیفی و کمی مورد نیاز، نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها خلاصه شده و با تحلیل آنها سعی می شود به سئوال های پژوهش که در فصل اول مطرح شده بود، پاسخ داده شود. در تحقیق پیش رو جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و به منظور بررسی سوالات و برازش مدل تحقیق از نرمافزار آماری smart pls3، استفاده شده است. و همچنین برای بررسی و سطح‌بندی الگوی پاکی سازمانی در سازمان های دولتی از رویکرد مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (sem) استفاده می‌ گردد. در نهایت یافته ها نشان می دهد. عوامل سازمانی، عوامل مدیریتی و عوامل فرهنگی بر پاکی سازمانی در بخش دولتی موثر می باشند.

an investigation of factors affecting organizational integrity in the public sector of iran

expounding organizational integrity and its basic element in iranian public organizations, this research aims to clarify the concept of organizational integrity through presenting a model. considering the essence of the research, mixed research method is used. in this research, many theories and models in the field of organizational integrity have been examined. these models are expressed from the study of 217 researches and the selection of 63 articles and books.effective factors on organizational integrity are determined using theoretical bases, interviews and questionnaires as well as required quality and quantity analyses and then the research findings are briefed through which the questions set out in the first chapter will be answered. statistical computer program, smart pls3, is used to survey the questions and to process the research method and also to analyze data. and, structural equation modeling (sem) is also used to survey and rate the pattern of organizational integrity in public organizations. in the end, findings show that organizational, cultural and managerial factors effect organizational integrity in the public sector iran.
