عوامل موثر بر توسعه کسب و کارهای صادراتی استان مازندران بارویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی

کشورها با پیشرفت مستمر در علم، فناوری و فرهنگ، توانسته‌اند سطح استانداردها را پیوسته ارتقا دهند، ضرورت توجه به پیچیدگی اقتصادی در اقتصاد مقاومتی میباشد، معمولاً در رویارویی و تقابل با اقتصاد وابسته و مصرف‌کنندۀ یک کشور قرار می‎گیرد که منفعل نیست و در مقابل اهداف اقتصادی ایستادگی کرده و سعی در تغییر ساختارهای اقتصادیِ موجود و بومی‌سازی بر اساس جهان‌بینی و اهداف دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه کسب و کارهای صادراتی استان مازندران با رویکرد پیچیدگی از طریق تحلیل محتوای متنی، بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی مقالات و مبانی نظری مرتبط با متغیر مورد بررسی بوده و یافته های تحقیق مبتنی بر 58 مقاله نهایی بوده که منجر به شناسایی 84 کدباز و 9 کد محوری شامل شبکه سازی صادرات، بازآفرینی دولت، آمایش سرزمینی ظرفیت های توسعه صادرات، تدوین استراتژی توسعه صنعتی، آینده پژوهی و آینده نگری مبتنی بر پیچیدگی اقتصادی، ایجاد رصدخانه علم و فناوری، الگوبرداری هدفمند و هوشمندانه، مدیریت استعداد سرمایه انسانی، هم تکاملی سیاست گذاری بوده و متغییرهای شناسایی شده از لحاظ سطح مدل، نوع، اساس و حیطه تمرکز مورد توجه بوده و در پایان توصیه شده به منظور بهبود مدیریت کسب و کارهای صادراتی در استان مازندران بر اساس رویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی باید به متغیرهای 9گانه استخراج شده در تحقیق حاضر توجه شود.

countries with continuous progress in science, technology and culture, have been able to continuously raise the level of standards. it is necessary to pay attention to the economic complexity of a resistance economy, usually in confrontation with the dependent and consumer economy of a country that is not passive and it stands against economic goals and tries to change the existing economic structures and localization based on worldview and goals. the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the development of export businesses in mazandaran province with a complexity approach through textual content analysis, and the statistical population of the study includes all articles and theoretical foundations related to the studied variable which leads to the identification of 84 open source and 9 central codes including export networking, government re-creation, land management of export development capacities, formulation of industrial development strategy, futurism and foresight based on economic complexity, establishment of science and technology observatory, purposeful and intelligent modeling , human capital talent management is an evolution of policy and the identified variables in terms of model level, type, basis and scope of attention are considered and finally recommended to improve the management of export businesses in mazandaran province based on the approach of economic complexity. the 9 variables extracted in the present study should be considered.
