تحلیل سلسله مراتبی اجزای مدل رکود بنگاه‌های صنعتی با هدف ارائه راهبرد

بنگاه‌های صنعتی یکی از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی در ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی هستند که رشد آنها پدیده‌ای چندبُعدی است. هر زمان کاهش منابع و خروجی بنگاه‌های صنعتی به همراه کاهش اندازه یا مقیاس عملیات آنها همراه گردد، رشد متوقف شده و بنگاه، راکد می‌گردد. لذا در پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل سلسله مراتبی اجزای مدل رکود بنگاه‌های صنعتی که قلمرو مکانی آن استان کرمانشاه است، انجام شد. مدل پژوهش براساس رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی تدوین شد. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری‌ قضاوتی و گلوله‌برفی تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری داد‌ه‌ها؛ از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 31 نفر از خبرگان استفاده گردید. داده‌ها در بخش کمّی نیز از طریق تدوین پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با 20 نفر از اعضای جامعه آماری، گردآوری شدند. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد مدل رکود بنگاه‌های صنعتی متاثر از عوامل گوناگونی است. اولویت‌بندی اجزای مدل، نشان داد مشکلات حقوقی و اختلاف شرکاء بالاترین اولویت شرایط علّی؛ تامین منابع مالی بالاترین اولویت شرایط مداخله‌گر؛ چالش‌های اقتصادی بالاترین اولویت شرایط زمینه‌ای؛ چالش‌های ارتباطی در حوزه فروش بالاترین اولویت راهبردها/ کنش‌ها؛ بی‌انگیزگی فعالان بنگاه‌های صنعتی بالاترین اولویت پیامدهای سطح کلان؛ و در نهایت تشدید اختلاف بین شرکای کلیدی بالاترین اولویت پیامدهای سطح بنگاه در نرخ ناسازگاری کمتر از 1/0 هستند.

Analytic Hierarchy of the Stagnant Model Components of Industrial Enterprises with the Aim of Presenting a Strategy

Industrial enterprises are one of the most important economic sectors in creating job opportunities, the growth of which is a multidimensional phenomenon. Whenever the decline in resources and output of industrial firms is accompanied by a reduction in the size or scale of their operations, growth stops and the firm stagnates. So that, an analytic hierarchy of the stagnant model components of industrial enterprises, whose spatial domain is Kermanshah province has performed in the present study. The research model was developed based on a mixed exploration approach. For data gathering in the qualitative section, sampling and judging methods were used to achieve theoretical data saturation through indepth semistructured interviews with 31 experts. In the quantitative section, data were collected with questionnaires with 20 statistical populations. Analyzes show that the stagnant model of industrial enterprises is affected by various factors. In summary, prioritization of model components showed that legal problems and partners' differences were the highest priority of causal conditions; financing was the highest priority of intervening conditions; economic challenges were the highest priority contextual conditions; In terms of sales, the highest priority of strategies/actions; inactivity of industrial enterprise activists are the highest priority of macrolevel outcomes at the inconsistency of less than 0.1. Finally, suggestions were made to improve the status of stagnant industrial enterprises.
