بررسی رابطه رشد اقتصادی و توسعه زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی

هدف: تغییر و تحوّل در زیرساخت‌های فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات نقش به سزایی بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشورها داشته است. این تحقیق به دنبال این مساله است که آیا توسعه زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی بر رشد اقتصادی اثر معنی دار و مثبتی داشته است؟ روش: برای بررسی موضوع، از 4 متغیر یعنی تشکیل سرمایه ناخالص، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی، نرخ شهرنشینی و باز بودن تجارت کشورهای عضو منا در دوره زمانی 20161990 از مدل خود رگرسیون برداری pvar  با استفاده از داده‌های پنل و نرم افزارهای ایویوز و استاتا بررسی شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج بدست آمده برخلاف انتظار حاکی آر آن است که توسعه زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی بر رشد اقتصادی اثر معنی داری نداشته و رشد اقتصادی بر توسعه زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: تاثیر توسعه زیرساخت‌های مخابراتی بر رشد اقتصادی معنادار نیست، پس باید تغییراتی در سیاست انجام گیرد. اگر بخواهیم توسعه زیر ساخت‌های مخابراتی به رشد اقتصادی منجر گردد باید سیاست‌های مربوطه در این زمینه تغییر یابند.

Economic Growth and the Development of Telecommunications Infrastructure

Objective: Theoretical increase in the use of information technology has led to economic growth, and a strong network is a prerequisite for increasing economic growth, and also in recent years, the transformation of has played an important role in the country’s economic growth and development. This paper examines the linkages between the development of telecommunications infrastructure, economic growth. Methods: To investigate the matter, used four key indicators of operation of a macroeconomy variables: gross capital formation, foreign direct investment inflows, urbanization rates, and trade openness. By studying the MENA countries over the period 1990–2016 and employing a panel vector autoregressive model for estimating. Findings Unexpectedly it finds the results indicate that the development of telecommunication infrastructure has a negative effect on economic growth, and economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the development of telecommunication infrastructure. Results: The impact of developing telecommunications infrastructure on economic growth is not significant, so policy changes need to be made. If we want to develop telecommunications infrastructure to economic growth, we need to change the relevant policies in this area.
