استفاده از روش خوشه‌بندی و topsis برای انتخاب تامین ‌کنندگان با محدودیت عرضه

بررسی زنجیره تامین معمولاً دو مشکل اساسی دارد. مشکل اول زمانی ظاهر می شود که تعداد تامین کنندگان، محصولات و اقلام بسیار زیاد باشند. امروزه به خاطر پیچیدگی سیستم های تولیدی، تامین کنندگان با محدودیت هایی مواجه هستند. این همان مشکل دوم است. یکی از محدودیت ها این است که تقاضاها باید توسط تامین کنندگان به طور کامل ارضا شوند. در این مقاله، این مشکل از طریق خوشه بندی اقلام و تامین کنندگان و نیز استفاده از روش topsis حل می شود. روش پیشنهادی در شرکتی تولیدی به عنوان مطالعه موردی پیاده سازی می شود. در انتها نتایج به دست آمده از روش پیشنهادی با روش dea که نتایج شان مشابه است، مقایسه می شود.

Utilization of Clustering and TOPSIS Method for Selecting Suppliers with Supply’s Limitation

Generally supply chain's investigation has two basic problems. The first problem occurs when the number of suppliers, products and items are very much. Nowadays, due to the complexity of production systems, the suppliers have some limitations. This is the second problem. One of the constraints is that the demands should be completely met by suppliers. In this paper, the mentioned problem is solved by clustering both items and suppliers, and also applying TOPSIS model. The proposed method is performed on a production plant as a case study also the obtained results are compared with the results of DEA method. The results of both methods are the same.
