ارزیابی میزان آمادگی برای به‌کارگیری فناوری بلاک‌چین در شرکت ملی گاز ایران

سرعت خیره‌کنندۀ دستیابی به فناوری‌های جدید و کاهش فاصلۀ رسیدن به فناوری‌های نوین در سال‌های اخیر، سبب شده است که بسیاری از سازمان‌ها به فکر استفادۀ مطلوب از این فناوری‌ها برای عقب‌نماندن از قافلۀ رقابت سهمگین میان خودشان برآیند. یکی از این فناوری‌ها بلاک‌چین است. بلاک‌چین اولین‌بار در ارزهای دیجیتال به کار برده شد؛ اما رفته‌رفته بر کاربردهای آن افزوده شد. هدف از این مقاله، ارزیابی میزان آمادگی برای به‌کارگیری بلاک‌چین در شرکت ملی گاز ایران بوده است. برای این مهم، ابتدا با بررسی مطالعات پیشین و استفاده از نظرهای خبرگان، عوامل و زیرمعیارهای موثر، شناسایی و مدل مفهومی اولیۀ ارزیابی آمادگی تهیه و برای تحلیل داده‌ها به‌وسیلۀ پرسشنامۀ مقایسات زوجی استفاده شده است. عوامل سازمانی، فناوری، انسانی و محیطی و همچنین 17 زیرمعیار شناسایی شده و پس از تایید، در مدل نهایی قرار گرفته است. وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل با روش سلسله‌مراتب فازی و آنالیز توسعه‌یافتۀ چانگ انجام و وزن هر عامل و زیرمعیار تعیین شده است که عامل سازمانی بیشترین وزن و عامل محیطی کمترین وزن را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین زیرمعیارهای حمایت مدیر ارشد بالاترین و اندازۀ سازمان کمترین اهمیت را کسب کردند. علاوه بر این با توجه به غربال‌سازی فازی یاگر، عامل‌های سازمانی و فناوری بیشترین آمادگی و عامل محیطی ‌کمترین آمادگی را در شرکت ملی گاز ایران برای به‌کارگیری فناوری بلاک‌چین داشته‌اند.

assessing the readiness to use blockchain technology in the national iranian gas company

the astonishing speed of access to new technologies and the reduction of the distance to new technologies in recent years have caused many organizations to think about the optimal use of these technologies in order not to lag behind the fierce competition among themselves. one of these technologies is china blockchain. the blockchain was first used in digital currencies, but its applications gradually increased. the purpose of this article was to evaluate the readiness to use the blockchain in the national iranian gas company. for this purpose, first, by reviewing previous studies and using the opinions of experts, effective factors and sub-criteria, identification and initial conceptual model of readiness assessment have been prepared and used to analyze the data by a pairwise comparison questionnaire. organizational, technological, human and environmental factors as well as 17 sub-criteria have been identified and after approval, have been included in the final model. weighting and ranking of factors is done by fuzzy hierarchy method (fahp) and chang’s developed analysis and the weight of each factor and sub-criterion is determined that the organizational factor had the highest weight and the environmental factor had the lowest weight. also, the senior management support criteria were the highest and the size of the organization was the least important. in addition, due to fuzzy screening of organizational factors and technology, the most prepared and environmental factors have the least readiness in the national iranian gas company to use blockchain technology.
